3.00The first driver cancelled since our plane was late. I had specifically requested a vehicle that would hold 4 adults and 8 large suitcases. The new driver did not get the message but was able to put all our bags in the van

5.00I recommend this service, especially after a long plane plane ride. It’s worth every penny to be travel from the airport to the city. The scheduler and driver were responsive to message before and and the day of the pick up. Autos are very clean. Driver was efficient and backseat riding was comfortable….no motion sickness
