5.00Fantastic day on Mount Etna Alex our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about Volcanos so we learnt lots from him It was a small group tour where we walked around a crater and into a lava tunnel 2 hours walking which was suitable for most - we were provided with sticks to help on the more challenging slopes Then down to a wine tasting with all explanations and great food and wine 10/10 day

5.00The Mt Etna hike was truly amazing and educational. The wine tour was great with lots of food and tastings. Our tour guide Claudio shared his incredible knowledge in a clear and witty fashion while driving like a pro. The tour operator Mr. Excursions is top notch and highly recommended.

5.00Wonderful day trip starting with hotel pickup, about an hour or so drive up to Etna. There are winding roads on the way up so prepare accordingly if motion sickness is an issue. Upon arrival we were introduced to our guide Alex, who was extremely knowledgeable and even more passionate about Etna. From there you go through a lava tunnel which was very interesting, then on to an amazing hike up the side of Etna with great views. After the hike, you are transferred to the Gamnino winery where you are able to enjoy breathtaking views of the property as well as eat and drink. Amazing day trip and can't recommend enough.
