This was our favourite tour by far. Glen was our guide and was absolutely the best! He was so knowledgeable, entertaining and so enjoyable to be around. The base tour was fantastic you got up and close with Uluru and got to go to some very special locations with great photo ops. We then went to the sunset lookout which was spectacular. Do yourself a favour and add on the bbq dinner. This was the most amazing part of our whole trip. A small group of around 30 of us were then transported back to the base of Uluru where we had a fantastic dinner set up under the stars with no other tourists/anyone around. And once the night sky got dark and those stars came out it was the most amazing experience to have Uluru there in the background. We then had a skygazing talk from guide Oden whose knowledge was unbelievable (and had some mad skills with phones to capture the best star pics!)

Col our tour guide was knowledgeable and we even saw a lizard on our walk. The BBQ was served under the stars and a full moon for a truly magical night.

The tour was good for the tour guide and what it was, but I guess I just wasn’t very into the history and things so that’s a personal problem. The sunset champagne and charcuterie are what made this super special, to be honest. We all felt the same way where we weren’t into it and then the sunset touch was really special watching it go over Uluru and it was just a great moment connecting with others on the tour. I think the cost of this tour should be half of what it is though.
