  Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable, generous, and flexible with his tour. We enjoyed the different types of foods we wanted, and went all over to both experience different areas as well as different types of restaurants, from Michelin-mentions to a fried banana spot that didn’t even have a cart on the street. It was exactly what we hoped for. We do food tours everywhere we go, and Kevin’s is one of the very best.

  This was one of the best food tours I have ever taken - and I have taken many. The experience blended Vietnamese coffee, street food, and Michelin-recommended restaurants into a thoughtful, well-curated progression. Every stop was high quality, memorable, and offered flavors and dishes quite different from the Vietnamese food typically found in the U.S. We liked the tour so much, we went back out with Kevin the next night, which we enjoyed just as much. Kevin was generous with the food he provided, highly knowledgeable, and very accommodating. To my sister’s delight, we ended the second evening with a perfectly timed visit to Train Street, which turned out to be unexpectedly fun.

  Kevin’s unstoppable gourmet gastronomic tour was fantastic. it’s a walking tour of the French Quarter and the old quarter of Hanoi. We sampled grilled meats and vegetables from sidewalk vendors as well as visiting a Michelin gourmet restaurant for grilled fish and vegetables. Kevin‘s background as a chef was certainly helpful to help us understand how the foods were prepared. The sights and smells were exotic and delicious. Crossing the street is a thrilling adventure but we always felt safe with Kevin. The visit to train Street was unexpected but truly appreciated. Kevin knows everywhere to be and everyone to see. He’s an absolute must if you visit Hanoi.

  We had a great time with Kevin. Pre trip communication was superb and the food tasting was great. There were 8 in our group and kevin did a great job of conversing with each person one-on-one and as a group. He accommodated our vegetarians and made the entire experience a ton of fun. We were so full at the end. So happy we kicked off our first day in Vietnam with this tour!

  Our group of 8 had an absolutely fantastic time on the Private Unstoppable Gourmet Gastronomic Tour in Hanoi with Kevin as our guide. Kevin was truly outstanding — from the very first moment we met him, his warmth, enthusiasm, and deep knowledge of Hanoi’s food scene made the entire experience feel personal and special. He curated an incredibly thoughtful itinerary that took us to the most amazing spots, showcasing a wonderful variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes that delighted everyone in our group. What impressed us most was how seamlessly Kevin adapted everything to suit all types of diets and preferences — no one felt left out, and every single stop was a highlight. His recommendations, stories, and insider tips turned each meal into so much more than just food; it became a real cultural adventure. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, engaged, and well taken care of the whole time.   Kevin was a fantastic guide who had a fantastic knowledge of Hanoi and its food. There was a great variety in the delicious Vietnamese food venues that he took us too, ranging from small street vendors (best pork belly I've ever had) to up market Michelin star restaurants.   We enjoyed our tour with Kevin. He takes you to the right food stalls and restaurants while enjoying experiencing real life happening in Hanoi. He is careful of understanding also your needs and tailor the stops based with flexibility. We definitely recommend a good tour with Kevin!
