2.00The experience inside the museum was fine. What was abysmal is the customer service of the provider. I simply called them for instructions on how to get to the start point of the activity, and all they did was claim that that was not their responsibility, and that if I didn’t get there I simply lost the entrance. At no point did I complain or demand anything, I just asked for help to get to the point, I was nervous and lost, and what I received from you were fits. I know it’s my duty, I know it’s no one else’s fault; but they might be a little more empathetic, considering they’re dealing with a foreigner who doesn’t speak the language. An act as simple as that can be the difference between an unforgettable experience and a terrible

5.00Museums are highly recommended, but there was no representative from the agency before Irt, so we were taken to due right place at the last minute by another tour guide. We were on site more than 29 minutes before the veinbsrt appointment.

1.00I was really disappointed with this tour operator. For the price they charge, I expected a far better experience. Unfortunately, not only was the tour overpriced, but the staff member assigned to us was not helpful at all. They provided very little information, didn’t seem interested in answering questions, and overall made the experience feel unorganized and unprofessional. I definitely don’t feel the service matched the cost, and I wouldn’t book with them again.

1.00We wasted a ton of money. This was simply a ticket passed out to us and being pointed to the entrance of the museum. No skipping the line. No other support. And it was difficult to locate the person among the crowds. I get it - if the Vatican Museum is itself sold out, then you need a ticket from a tour operator. But what a scam. Find the cheapest you can. Avoid this one.
