Food and weather was amazing. I went with 7 friends for my 50th bday. I must say.. they asked about bdays and anniversaries when we got on.. but then didn't do anything to make it special. The music needs to be more upbeat and there needs to be more interaction in the car. Everyone was asleep, including 5 out of my 7 girls (and we are young). 75% of my car was asleep. The lady on the outside cart was screaming while talking because it's loud. Maybe a mic so we can hear her? The informational voice overhead on the car was so quiet we couldn't hear. The views were amazing, but it just needs more going on for the viewers to keep them awake.

Great experience! We had a lovely time enjoying the view and the train ride—it was so much fun. The service was excellent, and we loved the welcome drink of champagne and the snacks provided.

Great trip! Very nice train. Food and drinks were awesome. The staff members were very kind and did a wonderful job. Would def recommend. It was super clean too!

This was our first Verde Canyon railroad tour and we had a wonderful experience. We were in the Yuma car with Neal and Christian. They were terrific and very knowledgeable. Christian was the best guide with amazing stories.

The included lunch was OK and given the “appetizers” (more than I was expecting), was not really needed. The staff was amazing and the ride very comfortable, again much nicer than I expected.
