The Mount Fuji 5th Station, often referred to as the Fuji-Subaru Line 5th Station, is the most popular and accessible starting point for climbing Japan's iconic Mount Fuji. Our driver and guide was Harry - he was excellent to work with and he did a great job guiding us through the various viewpoints of Mt Fuji. The day was completely clear and we were able to get morning and afternoon photos and experiences around Mt. Fuji. Some iconic photos and an extra adventure to the ice cave at the end of the day (not for those that don't enjoy small spaces ;). Highly recommend this tour and if you can get Harry as your guide, he was friendly, helpful and efficient at getting to the top spots and showing us where to get the best views etc.
Worth the trip to see big Mt Fuji!

This was an excellent tour with a great, friendly and helpful guide/driver named Harry. Harry looked after all the driving and tolls along the way out to Mr Fuji and was a conscientious and safe driver. The stops along the tour were well planned and we were able to get some amazing photos with the luck of a completely clear sunny day. Admission to a couple of the stops was required but generally everything was under $1000Y for both my wife and I. We hit all the main spots and had a chance to check out the ice cave as well at the end of the day before heading back to Tokyo in time for dinner in the city. Tour was a nice length of time and we did get some exercise with some stairs and path ways to be climbed at a couple of the spots including the ice cave! A great way to see Japanese way of life in the smaller villages and cities away from the big city of Tokyo and get a chance to see the big mountain on a sunny day. Highly recommend Harry as your guide if you can get him. Tour is worth the money and time.

Avoid. Do not take. the driver didn’t show up for the ride we had paid for. fake email, fake website and 2 phones Numbers that does not responding. The worst of it, Viator just says they felt sorry for us. No support and no help for replacement. They just says they will send a refund request to this inaccessible tour operator. Good luck

After communicating numerous time with tour operator they were a no show for our Mt Fuji tour. Operator contact phone was turned off. Trip advisor tried to contact operator as well with no luck. How disappointing as this was our only day in Japan before our cruise.
Driver failed to show. Day was ruined.

Driver failed to show and did not respond to calls. An automated recording said that the driver's phone was turned off. Our day's plans were ruined. Customer support offered a refund. No effort was made to save our day.

Rana confirmed our pick-up time the night before and kept us informed of his whereabouts the next morning. He arrived on time in a luxurious sedan with water and snacks available. He was an excellent driver who knew the route well and was informative about the sites we were seeing. He was pleasant and added to our enjoyment.

Private tour through Kyoto with a driver that knows far more than the locals. Our driver was extremely easy to talk to and did a great job teaching us about the area and the history of it's development. Highly recommend Sha to anyone who wants to see the real Mt. Fuji & Hakone outside of the sound bites you see on social media. For someone who is not usually a fan of sightseeing, this was a real eye opening experience and I highly recommend it to everyone.
