In winter the tuk-tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to keep them warm
In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
Tuk-tuks are booked privately, and the price is set based on the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, with the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
For security reasons, pets and companion animals are not allowed.
The tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be canceled under extreme conditions.
The tours are designed to follow the indicated route and make a series of pre-established stops, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. On the 60-minute tour, a stop is made at Plaza de España, and on the 120-minute tour, a stop is also made at Isla de la Cartuja.
Tours cannot be modified, nor can photo stops. These stops will be made at pre-established locations.
The vehicles are suitable for seniors, and our drivers will assist you in getting on if necessary.

Puente de Isabel II (Puente de Triana)
The Isabel II Bridge, popularly known as the Triana Bridge, is a bridge located in Seville. It joins the city center with the Triana neighborhood, crossing the Guadalquivir river.
Triana
Triana is a simple neighborhood with a lively market next to the Isabel II arch bridge. Salmorejo, croquettes and other tapas are served in the stalls and small establishments inside. On Calle Betis, next to the river, you can find more restaurants, as well as bars and flamenco tablaos. Around the Centro Cerámica Triana museum there are many shops that offer this type of craft.

5.00We booked to tour via viator. The location for pick up was underground car park of a mall, but the directions were accurate. We had excellent prior communication about the location, the tuk tuk number and the driver for the day. Our driver cum guide Alejandro was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He took us around parts of city which we would not have otherwise visited. He has a good grasp of history and took us through both the old and new parts of the city culminating in the Plaza de Espana. He gave us enough time to explore ourselves. Overall, it was a very enjoyable tour.
