  Our tour with Nieves and Juanra was very good. We stopped in a couple of white villages and had lunch in one which was a lovely experience. We also had an introduction to olive oil processing. The vistas from the mountain villages were stunning! Once we reached Ronda, we had a quick walking tour (interrupted by an attempted pick-pocket!) and then a short bit of free time to wander. I would have rather had more time in Ronda as we really didn't have time to go down the path to see the bridge from the best vantage point but the tour did try to pack in a lot. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

  Places are beautiful but tour was certainly not a most positive experience. Tour leader gave context on the tour bus earlier in the tour and led us to meeting point in each of the 3 places and that was it. Our tour leader led the group but sadly was lacking as a guide. Experience could have been so much better and issues with return (due to festive season) which were not handled well by the tour leader, left us with a negative feeling on a day which we had been looking forward to very much. A real pity.

  Perfect day trip from Sevilla. Carmen V was the perfect guide giving the whole group information and recommendations for every village and town we stopped in. Could t recommend this enough

  The tour was Spanish/English and that's no problem, but Spanish was clearly preferred by our guide. That annoyed us. We also left too late, because the guide was still ‘on his way’ to the 1st boarding location. Ronda was ultimately the only interesting location and the other white villages gave us no idea why to visit except to support the local entrepreneur.

  The towns are beautiful, especially Ronda. Our guide, Nacho, was wonderful. Very informed and very fun. I highly recommend

  The white villages tour was worth it. Our guide Nacho was very knowledgeable and friendly, gave good historical context of places and ample time to spend at the Villages. Would recommend 100%

  Great Day visiting these cities. Ronda is a Must See city! Antonio was a great guide with history, directions on places and timing and his recommendations on restaurants etc, I would definitely recommend this tour!

• Disappointment: good guides, but mass tourism and catastrophic organization.

  This opinion does not call into question the quality of the guides, but that of the organization. We had booked two excursions with Naturanda during our stay in Seville. From the prices and photos of the site, we thought we were in small groups (10 to 15 people). In fact, there were more than 30 of us on every outing, on big buses: mass tourism. Olive oil lover, we chose this tour including a visit to a mill and a tasting. Once on the bus, we were told that the program would be reversed because of a sports event in Zahara de la Sierra (an event that has obviously been planned for a long time). So Ronda, then the white villages Grazalema and finally zahara de la sierra. The tour of the mill was finally cancelled, which we only learned when we reached the end of the tour. In the description of this tour, the visit to the mill, it is half the paragraph that talks about Zahara de la sierra. Had we been informed from the outset we would have been able to choose whether we wanted to cancel. Very big disappointment. Back in Seville, the Naturanda office initially downplayed the problem by telling us that it was only part of the tour. A second person promised a partial refund claim, but we have never received a response for two months, nor an apology. After this frustrating first round, we also asked to cancel our second round scheduled for the next day (due to too many groups), but we were refused: 24 hours mandatory... when they can modify a tour without warning. The second round was even less satisfactory: 40 people, explanations in 3 languages (so 3 times less information) and arrival in front of the Alcazar de Jerez... closed, although it is its usual Sunday schedule. The guide seemed unaware of this. At the end of the description, Naturanda explains that the guide can adapt the order of the tour according to the conditions, but never that part of the tour can be removed. In summary: • Guides: excellent. • Organization: very bad. • Tours sold in large groups (misleading photos and prices . • Missing information, lack of transparency, complete absence of post-complaint follow-up. We have reported these issues to our hotel, which is very surprised and plans to no longer recommend Naturanda.

  Juanra was a fantastic guide and had an excellent / very friendly attitude with everyone on the trip. The bus driver Jon is a pro. 10 out of 10 would do again.
