• Bit dissapointed, felt unsafe with our guide. Would have muched preferred the other group guy. I possibly would recomend

  Although you complete their paperwork confirm if you have or have not been before. Tell you what to do and not do. We ended in a group with everyone that had done it begore. Initialky we were behind the guide, but once he saw we were new and so therefore slowing the rest down. Wete moved to the back, which we understood, as kind of unfair for them. However, they then spead off at top spead leaving us behind. Told us to not follow the trail, like we were told to do in the safety brief!!! Just cut across direct. He said he was watching, but I personally did not then feel safe as thete was huge gap between him/ rest of the group and us, if anything was to happen! 🤔 Felt they should have checked with everyone once at the jetski's who had experiance etc. There were some parents with young kids in the other group, although I ha e no way of knowing, its pisdible they wete more careful with that group! Therefore should have been placed with them. Think also it would have been good to have a play about in an area first, then I could have had a go before going right out into the sea. Could have been great fun, but felt it was spoilt by the blome we had, unforetunately :(

  Our tour guide Jackson was great, the tour was amazing both adrenaline filled with the amazing views. Would 100% recommend!!!

  Absolutely amazing tour. Had Brodie as our guide, was so understanding (my friend had a panic attack), Damo and all the other staff helped her amazingly. Tour was brilliant, great way to see the islands without having to go to them. Definitely recommend.

  Amazing experience made all the more fun by experienced guides. Experienced seeing reef sharks, turtles and beautiful coastline while having a fun speeding across the ocean. The Guides clearly love their jobs and the ocean surrounds.

  We took our three Autistic teens Jet Skiing. Daz ran through our pre skiing lesson and was our tour guide on the water. The rules and instructions were a little overwhelming, but once you are in the water, and you get a feel for it, you become confident, and boy is it fun. Daz was amazingly patient with us, and was accommodating when needed. Daz provided multiple stops on the way, to check in on everyone, have a small rest, change drivers, have a drink and a chocolate, check out the scenery, and there’s no need to take you camera, as Daz took lots of amazing photos, both individual and group/ family photos. The water was a little rough on our day, but Daz made you feel confident enough to handle it, and to be honest it made it more thrilling and exciting. Our only negative is that our kids are wanting to do it again and we don’t have enough days in our holiday to book it again. Daz provided an awesome thrilling adventure for us, he did a top job, and is well deserving of a hard earned beer! Cheers Daz from the Ball Family.

  The tour was really good but we had booked a 2 1/2 tour and it tuned out it was only 1 1/2 the rest of it being briefing. The Irish guide that gave the briefing was really good but Brodie seemed disinterested and di not give great instruction

  Great couple hours on the water with Jackson and Brody ! Such friendly guys who really made us feel safe and comfortable . We were blessed with a beautiful calm morning and had a blast ! We certainly would recommend it!

  Hospitality 10+ out of 10. Rosie... excellent communication and very helpful. Nate... so funny even when giving safety and use training. Perfect at his job. Sami...great tour leader. She was confident and caring. We had a great time. They made it easy for us arriving by ship with the shuttle to the marina after we got downtown from Shute Terminal. Beautiful views from water. Very nice jet ski. We were so impressed with the additional gear they offered... sungIasses, water shorts, snack. They even took pictures for us during the experience.

  We had an awesome time despite the weather conditions, sunny but windy and a little swell , great fun very informative in our stop at turtle bay.

  My partner and I had a great experience with Brodie and Sammy. They were super friendly and helpful! Sammy was great picking us up at our accomodation and during the safety briefing. Brodie was our tour guide, had great insights on our stops along the way and made sure our group was having fun. Would highly recommend!!!
