  Driver did not show up. I learned that many roads were washed out so maybe that’s the reason but could not get in touch with the company. Viator also could not get in touch and I still have not received a refund

  Tour booked for six of us, no confirmation of a pick up time so we waited over an hour outside the hotel that we had chosen as it was nearest to our Air BnB. I tried to call the operator using the number given (no answer), found another number for them (no answer) and even a kind employee of the hotel tried to get them on WhatsApp (no answer). I never received any communication from the operator to say that they had missed us. A day of our holiday ruined and no a lot out of pocket. Would not recommend!

  This tour company was unprofessional, lazy and rude. The business owner does not deal directly with clients and when trouble is caused by her guides she does not investigate the situation and sides with her guides. I’d like this company to be investigated because in my 150 countries and countless more tours, I’ve never met a guide who not just can’t control their anger but refuses to. There was one company in the middle East where the guide was aggressive towards me in a country that suffers with terror attacks and he had a terror assassination on one of his tours where his tourists were shot and died, but even then after I got help from the local military to have a word with him despite his trauma , he managed to complete the tour that I paid for to an acceptable level. Julien I believe should not be working as a tour guide not for himself, Kathy’s tours nor 3M’s which he seems to also ‘operate’ out of perhaps when there are similar ‘daylight’ robbery complaints from other tourists that he ‘just doesnt like’ !! Be warned. Do not have a tour with him as he is aggressive and dangerous towards women.

  We booked a tour last minute and it seems like all of the primary drivers were booked, and we had a friend of someone in the company giving us our “tour”. She was very nice and accommodating took us to all of the places we requested however was essentially a taxi service and provided no additional guiding. We didn’t learn anything extra about the island and didn’t do anything that wasn’t at our request. We did other guided tours on the island which were better because they educated us about the island of the history, which we did not get with this Tour. It would’ve been cheaper just to get a taxi for the same service.

  Do not book this Company! They gave the tour to somebody else who didn't belong to them. Also they do not provide you with WiFi, soft drinks, rum punch or beer or Snacks. It's just an expensive taxi ride. We complained, but they didn't give a damn to provide us with the things we had booked and paid for. Additionally no partial refund. Take a normal taxi...

  We had a great experience with Kathy’s tours. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He ensured that we were able to visit the attractions that’s were of interest to us.

  Partially our fault as we did not have a list of what we wanted to do. The sad part is that our driver/guide had no suggestions for an itinerary. We finally headed out for a visit to an abbey for a rim tasting. Driver could not find anything without gps. Very soft spoken so we could not hear him but since he knew almost nothing about the island, it didn’t matter. Did not even have an idea about population. Eventually, we gave it up and returned to the ship. Not a great tour.

  i have not been there, but i love julian, but ive seen the pictures and the reviews, and it is my dream to meet julian, hes my idol and i think hes very inspiring, also i love his sunnies (sunglasses)

  Julian did a great job. He catered the day around our goals, helped us fit everything in, and took us to a great spot for lunch. Would recommend to anyone wanting to see Barbados.
