1.00I was left at the pickup location and left to fend for myself. I ended up having to pay almost $100 to get an Uber to the castle. Once there, communication was poor and delayed. I was not happy with the experience

3.00The event was very interesting. I would never recommend Anderson—they showed up more than 30 minutes late after telling us to be 10 minutes early so therefore 40 minutes late and then cut the tour time 1/2 hour so we were rushed and then didn’t have proper guidance back to bus and couldn’t help direct us so we had to take the train back to London. Should have just gone on our own. Disaster!!!
