  We were travelling two of us and after much deliberation we chose half a day trip on 14 May 2026 to Windsor with Anderson tour operator. We are absolutely satisfied !!! Starting with the directions how to get to a meeting point, the best ever. Prepared with imagination , (predicting(what can go wrong) and care. Our guide was Sophie, both very knowledgeable and entertaining + taking a great care of our group. When I come to London again I will definitely book another trip with this company, Thank you Sophie for being such a fantastic person and thank you Errol for getting us safely to Windsor and back.   Great half-day trip from London. Windsor Castle was beautiful and very interesting to see in person. The luxury coach was comfortable, everything was well organized, and the tour guide provided great information throughout the trip. Perfect option if you want to visit Windsor without worrying about transportation or planning.

  Tour was stated on ticket it started at 0950. On our way we received a call informing us they moved it up to 0900. So sorry, tough luck. Good bye.

  Our tour guide, Ales, gave us great information about what to expect and what to see while enroute to the castle. We had ample time to see the important parts and still have time to see some of the shops in Windsor on our way back to the bus.

  L Worst tour guide ever. The guide knew my husband was having trouble keeping up, but kept racing forward while talking with his back to us. We heard almost nothing he said. We missed where he said to meet. The ONLY good thing is that he gave his phone number which stopped him from leaving us behind. On the return trip he droned on like he was very poorly reading a script. I was wishing he would just be quiet. Most people were sleeping anyway. Terrible, terrible waste of money.

  Great experience on this tour. In the morning I got turned around with my directions and began to panic. The woman on the phone was so helpful and nice. Thank you! The drive to Windsor was great, guide was Ales. Very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Tour is as described. I would recommend highly!

• The view of the castle is not what you see.

  You enter the castle from the back with no directions as to what pathway leads to were you might want to go. Very hilly. St. George's chapel was very impressive . The doll house was beautiful. Our tour guide left us and expected us to find our way back to the bus alone. He did not tell us the need to note landmarks for the return on our own untill we were halfway through the village. Made getting to the bus very difficult. It would have been less stressful had he told use to meet him at the castle exit at a certain time and lead us to the bus. We took 6 tours while in England (around the London area) and this was the most disappointing.

  Well organised tour from London to and from Windsor Castle. Our guide Phil gave us an introduction to the castle enroute and then we had time on our own to explore the place and even watch the changing of the guard ceremony. Comfortable journey with our driver Kay who was fantastic.

  Amazing experience visiting Windsor Castle — truly emotional and unforgettable. Our guide, ALES, was incredibly funny and engaging, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. The bus journey was also very convenient and well organized. Highly recommend!
