5.00Had a tour with Wayne. Super knowledgeable on both the wines and the local places. Had a great time, tried a lot of wines from 4 wineries, and the food was really good. Bought a few wines from Aitken's Folly, the best ones from the tour we had.

5.00Our driver Rodney was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area and the wineries. The four wineries we visited were excellent and the lunch was absolutely amazing. There were six of us on the tour, we all got on very well and had a great afternoon

5.00What a great experience! Jess is not only incredibly knowledgable, but her enthusiasm is contagious. She lives and breaths wine and the enjoyment others get from their experiences with wine. We visited 3 wineries and had an unbelievable lunch at the Stoker room. More than enough food was available. The wineries were Nanny Goat, Misha's, Carrick. Each with its own story and history, and providing different expressions of the local vineyards. It was a great way to spend the afternoon. Thank you Jess.

5.00We had an amazing experience with Wanaka Wine Tours. The small group size, just eight guests in a comfortable van, made the entire day feel personal and relaxed. Our driver picked us up directly from our Airbnb and dropped us back off afterward, which made everything incredibly convenient. As we drove through the beautiful Otago region, our guide, Rod, shared local commentary and stories that added depth to the experience. One of the highlights was the incredible meal cooked in old wine barrels. It was such a unique touch and something we had never seen before on a wine tour. The food, the wine, and the scenery all came together perfectly. If you are visiting Wanaka and want a well-paced, intimate wine tour with great local insight, this is an excellent choice.
