This was an excellent way to get out of the city and see some of the beautiful Taiwanese countryside. Berry was a considerate and helpful guide. Because we had some extra time at the end, he tacked on some tourist must-sees in Taipei, ending with the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial and its surrounding garden. It made for a long but informative and enjoyable day, and as someone who has never been to Taiwan before, I was grateful for the luxury of turning over navigating, decision-making, and driving to an expert.

Kevin, our tour guide, was incredible! He had such great knowledge of Taiwan and spoke excellent English. The areas Kevin took us were very interesting. He was definitely experienced and knew all the good spots. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Taiwan. Thank you Kevin for making our trip so memorable!

We had the pleasure of joining Phyllis for a tour of Yangmingshan Volcano and Beitou Thermal Valley, and despite the heavy fog earlier today, she truly made the experience memorable and enjoyable. Phyllis was incredibly knowledgeable and had a knack for storytelling, which brought the sites to life even when visibility was limited. She made sure we had a fantastic time by keeping the tour engaging and fun throughout. One of the highlights of the day was the delicious beef noodle soup she recommended for lunch—absolutely a must-try! To top it all off, she surprised us with boba teas, a thoughtful touch that really showed her care and attention to detail. Phyllis went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, and we couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone looking to explore Taiwan!

Driver was one hour and a half late for the pickup. Only went to 4 sites. The Driver/tour guide could hardly speak any English. We use Google Translate to communicate, total silence between driving sites. Definitely not worth, the over 200 dollars paid for it.
