Even if they cancel, you will NOT get a refund! I received a voicemail from the zipline company stating it was too cold and I could either reschedule or get a refund. I couldn't get a hold of anyone, so I filed for a refund online and scheduled another booking. My refund request was denied. I call Viator, who contacted the zipline company and the zipline company denied such voicemail/call, so I never received a refund even though I had the voicemail. Additionally, the photos and video from the day we did, turned out merely ok (will require a lot of editing) and they charged over a hundred dollars for a 2 min video and a photo....rip off!

This was a fun adventure in Niagara Falls. However, the majority of the time was spent waiting in line and the actual zipline portion lasted about 1 minute.

My husband and I try to go ziplining everywhere we go. Even out of the country. This was a fun experience to say that we got to zipline right by Niagra Falls. It is super quick and it is only one run, so don't have too many high hopes. Obviously a perk is being able to say you go to see Niagra Falls from a zipline perspective. It is definitely an expensive treat, and some people may say it isn't worth it, but it is great to be able to say that. The earlier you go, the less busy it is. Just be prepared. 3 people go at a time whether you know them or not sometimes.

Very well staffed the staff was friendly and attentive to any issues of guest. Being in off season was a hugh issue plus as lines were non existent

Snowing, so very cold, but impressed it was still on. Awesome experience. Scared of heights but still thoroughly enjoyed it.
