Wonderful walk around the city stopping into several shops for a tasting of local chocolate varieties. Definitely worth the walk with a bum knee.

Our guide James was amazing! He gave us very interesting facts about things we saw in the city. The chocolate tastings were amazing! He took us to many many locations. I highly recommend this tour. I was worried after reading some of the reviews but the tour I had was very good.

While our tour guide seemed affable, our tour with him did not match the description of the tour online. After an hour of walking and stopping in several chocolate shops, we did not get one tasting. We kept asking about the chocolate tastings and he kept offering coffee. The chocolate in Switzerland is amazing, but we had to experience that on our own. A very disappointing tour.

This was the worst tour we have ever had. The guide was late and unprepared. He was looking at his phone for directions on where to go. I don’t think he had ever been in any of the chocolate stores. He couldn’t tell us what was good about any of the different chocolates. We would have been better off just going on our own. It was so bad we ended the tour early.

Visited 4 chocolate shops that one can easily do on their own with a little research. Overpriced for the quality of the tour.
