5.00I had a wonderful time visiting the Lindt Chocolate Museum in Zurich. The experience was both informative and delicious. The museum is beautifully designed, and learning about the history of chocolate and the process behind Lindt’s creations was truly fascinating. The highlight was definitely the tasting—so many amazing varieties to try! The interactive exhibits and the impressive chocolate fountain made the visit even more memorable. Highly recommended for chocolate lovers and anyone looking for a fun activity in Zurich.

1.00The booking is non-refundable, I get it. But the customer service staff was quite unfriendly and unhelpful unnecessarily. No assistance or information was offered other than asking for a rebooking at full price. There were also too many things to do after confirming our booking to get oriented on what we need to do. The tickets need to be tagged to full names and passport numbers, but after booking, there was no way to check on the details that was entered during booking. I should have checked for community reviews on other websites before proceeding, especially as they differ greatly from the reviews allowed to be posted here.

5.00Truly very nice and informative, eye opener on the big industry behind the fine chocolate we eat Place is very clean with helpful staff and good audio guide and the tasting painfully filling, you will taste chocolate till you faint!!! Cafe is very nice with delicious hot chocolate and cappuccino, and surly great cakes

4.00The exhibit is super impressive. The interactive history room was amazing. It is difficult to listen to every tidbit. The tasting room was quite yummy. Then the freebies at the end was a complete surprise! The taxi from Old Town Zurich was quite costly so beware ($55 for 4.5 miles). Uber to return a bit less ($40).

5.00Excellent experience. The tour provided a complete history of Lindt, and how chocolate is made . We started with how the chocolate is grown and went all the way through to the finished product. The audio guide was very well done , simply tap and listen . There was plenty of chocolate to try on the way round the exhibits . As with all good experiences you exit through the gift (chocolate ) shop, I never realised that there is such a huge choice of Lindt chocolate. They also have and excellent cafe .Getting there was super easy , there is a dock close by for the lake ferries, and they also have a bus stop right outside the factory.

5.00Very convenient. No issues with receiving my tickets to the Lindt choc factory. Get on time and easy entry to the experience. Cafe was good if you want to have ice creams, cholates and coffee
