5.00We had a great time! There were lots of historical information on the Coco Bean(s) and the Lindt Company! The audio is a must! They also gave you plenty of chocolate tastings from the three fountains, bars and truffles. The staff at the mint museum was awesome! Getting the Tickets through the Viator app was quick and easy! Their messaging system with the venue Operator was perfect.
Not a great experience purchasing tickets thru Viator.

1.00Trying to get in the Lindt Home of Chocolate with the tickets we bought through Viator was impossible. Finaly, we had to buy new tickets to get in the museum. We lost the payment we did to Viator. The app doesn't work as well, and it doesn't show the right ticket to get in. It provides a bar code ticket you can place in your phone wallet but the one that works is a QR Code you need to print. The museum always has tickets at the entrance. You don't need to use this app.

5.00Very nice place, clean white and this huge chocolate fountain that is just beautiful and majestic ... Chocolate tastings are good but the fountains with melted chocolates are really good, chocolate and exquisite ... A real delight for the palate for all chocolate fans this experience and made for you, both adults and small...

5.00Overall very good experience, it is not just talking about chocolate but also history. The free tasting of the chocolate part was as good as what I expected. Last but not least, the staff service is excellent, clear and very nice.

1.00Nothing much, all multimedia, no historical equipment, I thought to visit a museum, a factory but instead it is just a big shop. I have to make a complaint to TripAdvisor because at Lindt my same route with the option I paid extra for the unlimited tasting (40€), everyone does it and it only cost 10 francs (just over 10€). So I recommend everyone to buy only the entrance ticket and directly on the Lindt website

5.00I had a wonderful time visiting the Lindt Chocolate Museum in Zurich. The experience was both informative and delicious. The museum is beautifully designed, and learning about the history of chocolate and the process behind Lindt’s creations was truly fascinating. The highlight was definitely the tasting—so many amazing varieties to try! The interactive exhibits and the impressive chocolate fountain made the visit even more memorable. 1.00The booking is non-refundable, I get it. But the customer service staff was quite unfriendly and unhelpful unnecessarily. No assistance or information was offered other than asking for a rebooking at full price. There were also too many things to do after confirming our booking to get oriented on what we need to do. The tickets need to be tagged to full names and passport numbers, but after booking, there was no way to check on the details that was entered during booking. I should have checked for community reviews on other websites before proceeding, especially as they differ greatly from the reviews allowed to be posted here.

5.00Truly very nice and informative, eye opener on the big industry behind the fine chocolate we eat Place is very clean with helpful staff and good audio guide and the tasting painfully filling, you will taste chocolate till you faint!!! Cafe is very nice with delicious hot chocolate and cappuccino, and surly great cakes
