  Was a great tour made several new friends (fellow tourist). The tour guide (driver) was very knowledgeable. Left nothing to the unknown. A good stop incorporated in to the day would make the experience superb.

  Our guide had a very heavy accent, requiring the request to repeat information. It was not indicated that certain venues were available only on certain days and together. We were shamed for not booking 3 months in advance.

  Majorie was an outstanding bourbon tour driver. She was courteous, incredibly knowledgeable and shared insider tips we never would have discovered on our own ~ including where to find rare bottles. She even picked up our lunch while we toured, making the day effortless. By the end of the tour, she felt like a friend. Highly recommend Majorie.

  We had a nice day and actually squeezed in a fourth distillery. Our driver/guide was Marjorie and she went out of her way to make the day memorable. Texted us early to confirm pickup time and, at every stop, made sure we understood the when/where to meet for the next leg. Hope all your staff work as hard as she did — made the day for us! Thanks

  Marjorie was great! This is definitely the way to do bourbon country! We toured two distilleries and did tastings at two more. There was not much communication until the day before. But the experience was excellent

  Provider never answered my phone calls about itinerary and pick up. I literally got the itinerary 2 days before and got no information about pick up instructions until I called and emailed multiple times and contacted Viator. I genuinely thought I was being scammed. The tours but the distilleries were good but the tour operator was not. Our driver spoke almost no English and was so hard to understand that we didn’t know what time we needed to be back and instructions for the tour. I would not recommend.

  Booking: Based on the phrase “email us with the distilleries you want to go to” in the description, we assumed we were booking a private or at least a small tour. We ended up with 7 other random people (3 other groups) who ended up being very nice. We didn’t get to go to any of our top choices. I don’t think any of us on the tour got what we wanted. We got what was available on a Sunday, which makes sense, but that was not my understanding based on the description online. A warning about that in the description would be helpful. Communication: A few days before the tour, we got an itinerary which featured 3 distilleries that we were happy to visit (although none of our preferred ones, but we understood that we had booked late and were going on a Sunday). A day later, we got a different itinerary (Beam, Jeptha, Buffalo) with a note saying that this itinerary would be less driving around, more time touring/tasting. Having no way to cancel, we accepted it. Communication at pick up went smoothly, but we were surprised that it was a 12 passenger van. We didn’t realize we were going to pick up other people at 3 other locations around Louisville so that was a little confusing at first. The 3 distilleries: Jim Beam (tasting and tour), Jeptha Creed (tasting) and Buffalo Trace (tasting and tour). All good and all a little different. We surprisingly liked Jim Beam the most. We were least excited about that one initially. Driver: She was nice and chatty. Worth the price?: Jim Beam booked on its own is $30 pp. Jeptha Creed tasting is $5 pp. Buffalo Trace has free tours with a tasting included. Totaling $35 for tours/tastings pp. We paid just over $400 for two people to go 3 places that we didn’t really even want to go to with 7 other tourists we didn’t know for about 8 hours. Overall: It wasn’t bad but it was not what we had hoped for when we booked it. And it felt a bit expensive for what we got.
