  Our driver K was top of the line (he rates 5 stars) the tour itself was really good until we got to the Coos - that experience was a joke. Very poorly done and oversold yet under performed. Plus getting canceled TWICE and only able to reschedule one due to our schedule was a really depressing situation. We planned this tours months in advance and worked our Glasgow trip around them. Thank you for the refund but no thanks to ruining our plans.

  It was an awesome day. We started right on time, and did not feel rushed all day. The bus was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our guide (Keshava) was knowledgeable and kind, providing several interesting stories and answering many of our questions. It’s a great way to see the highlands and lochs in an approachable and extremely accessible way. Every stop and the overall schedule was well explained and un-intimidating. Highly recommend

  Scott, our tour guide, was incredible! He made us all feel comfortable, and we had many great laughs. We also did lots of lovely extra stops on the way to Fort Augustus with many opportunities to take in the views and take photos. Scott also made sure to point out things along the way and told us about the history of the area. My favorite bit was all the information about the clans. This tour was so much more than we expected and we will be thinking about it for a very long time. Thank you so much!!!

  If you want to see the Scottish Highlands this trip is for you. We had Scott as our guide and he was knowledgeable and so much fun. So many breathtaking views not just at the stops but all along the way.

  

  

  

  

• Extremely noisy day in the van

  There is one two hour drive portion with no stops which might be pretty challenging for some. Otherwise the stops were adequate enough. The only really bothering issue was the extremely loud music in the van during the whole trip and the driver/guide trying to shout on top of the music. To be clear, it was entirely the choice of the driver and also in his control. Very hard to understand why it was so loud the whole time (I heard the same approach was used with another driver from another company also), especially when understanding the Scottish accent is difficult enough even when spoken slowly and without distractions. I enjoy loud music in many situations but having it for hours on end was too much and I needed to use my noice-canceling headphones to block out at least some of it. In addition I would’ve appreciated more information on the actual sights we were seeing, preferably told using clear English, instead of a thick Scottish accent the whole time. But all the sights we saw were beautiful and otherwise the day was totally doable with adequate possibilities to eat etc on the way.

  Wonderful trip with great scenery only to be topped by the charm and wit of Joe Wilson. We had a delightful time and highly recommend this fun experience. Many thanks to Joe and his enthusiasm for making this a memorable experience.
