湖の街ポカラからスタートし、アンティークの文化やライフスタイルを反映したいくつかの民族の村を通ります。 標高4130mのアンナプルナ・ベースキャンプ（ABC）に到達するまで、アンナプルナ自然保護区内のトレイルを歩きます。

Ghandrukからは、緑豊かな森林地帯とシャクナゲが積まれたChhomrongへの登り坂を着実に進みます。今日は不均一なトレイルでのトレッキングのかなり厳しい日かもしれません。トレイルは最初はスレート石で舗装されており、しばらくすると丘の頂上に到達します。そこから下の大きな谷を一望できます。急な下り坂を歩いた後、川を渡ってキムロンの孤立した集落に到着します。チョムロンはここから上り坂で約90分のところにあります。ゲストハウスに一晩滞在します。

トレイルはチョムロンコラに向かって続きます。川を渡り、丘の中腹に刻まれた2,500段の石段を登ると、Sinuwaに到達します。旅の途中で、マチャプチャレ山（6997m）、アンナプルナヒマール（8091m）、およびヒムチュリ山（6441）の素晴らしい景色を見ることができます。 Kuldigharを通過した後、トレイルは竹に向かって簡単に下り坂を歩きます。ゲストハウスに一晩滞在します。

河床に沿って穏やかに登ると、山腹をバガーに向かって進んでいきます。ここから先のトレイルはマチャプチャレベースキャンプへと続きます。やや激しいトレッキングです。マチャプチャレベースキャンプからアンナプルナベースキャンプは約2時間の距離にあります。マチャプチャレのベースキャンプからのマチャプチャレヒマール（6997m）、ヒムチュリピーク（6441m）、アンナプルナサウス（7219m）、アンナプルナI（8091m）、アンナプルナIII（7555m）およびガンガプルナピーク（7454m）の眺めはとても壮観です。アンナプルナ保護区のトレッキングに沿って、上にそびえ立つアンナプルナのほぼ垂直な南の顔の魅力的な眺めを忘れられないほど美しい方法で得ることができます。素晴らしい風景の中をトレッキングすると、最終的にアンナプルナ山地の見どころや近隣の多くの山頂が素晴らしいアンナプルナベースキャンプに到着します。アンナプルナベースキャンプに宿泊します。

アンナプルナベースキャンプから、竹に戻るステップをたどります。聖域をトレッキングすると、湿った湿地の風景を感じることができます。小川や川を越えてトレイルが通り、枝が地衣類、ラン、苔で覆われたトレイルの頭上に影を落とします。竹に向かうトレッキングは下り坂なので、それほど難しくありません。ゲストハウスに一晩滞在します。

足を戻して、竹からクルディガルに向かって上り坂をトレッキングし、再びチョムロンコラに向かって下ります。再び石rに登ってチョムロンに登ると、天然温泉で有名な美しい静かな村、ジヌダダに向かう道をたどります。ゲストハウスに一晩滞在します。
ナヤプルまでトレッキングしてからポカラまでドライブ、所要時間：トレッキング6時間、ドライブ1時間

5.00Our group of 6 did the Annapurna Circuit Trek 14 days with our guide Narayan and 3 porters May 12-25, 2026. We felt safe and cared for in Narayan’s hands. There are always some unexpected challenges and when 1 member of our group came down with stomach illness he was quick to suggest a rest day and a horse for 1 day to get his strength back. This allowed us to successfully complete this incredible experience. Our guide and the trek company gave us comfort to enjoy the experience more

The view were all breathtaking that no money in world can buy. Memories that were etched in us till the day we die. Grateful for this to happen in our life.

5.00We did request for 7 days Annapurna Base camp. The route is further but most value and beautiful valleys and ridges hike.(Not the common stairs after stairs kind of route) we went thru forest , gravels beautiful side valleys . The guides mr RAJ WAS AMAZING . The porters with him is also very good and helpful. Will recommend this team. Already plan to go EBC with the same team that follow us to ABC.

5.00Raj and his team performed an outstanding job by meticulously planning and flawlessly executing our ABC trip. They not only tailored the route to perfectly match our skill level, but the scenery and overall experience were truly indelible. Regarding sustenance, he made certain that each of us was content with our selections prior to dining. Furthermore, safety was never jeopardized. Daily, he ensured we were thoroughly briefed and adequately prepared before commencing each trek. Nonetheless, we will certainly come back to arrange another trekking expedition with Raj.

They made our entire experience worthwhile since we landed in Kathmandu till the day we depart safely for our return flight. Everything was well taken care of. Special mention to Raj, our guide and the porters who went above and beyond throughout the journey making it an enjoyable and meaningful one. They were professional and shared local insights of wonderful Nepal, the Annapurna region and its history and culture while hosting us safely with warmth hospitality and patience ensuring we reached our goal. 5.00Had an amazing experience trekking to Annapurna Base Camp! The entire journey was well-organised, smooth, and truly memorable. A huge thank you to our guide, Mr Raju, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always ensured our safety and comfort throughout the trek. His positive attitude and encouragement made the challenging parts so much easier and enjoyable. Raj is the man - just relax! Big shout out to all our porters as well! The company also did an excellent job with the arrangements — from transportation and accommodation to meals and logistics, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for anyone planning to trek to ABC. Thank you once again for such an unforgettable adventure!
