  The whole tour was amazing. The service was excellent. Our tour guide (Jova) was outstanding. The lenght of the tour was just perfect. Two days would have been too short and four days would have been unnecessary. You should consider the possibility to include a visit to the 72 Wonders at night, and extend the visit to the Tianmen Mountain to include the escalators to the top of the mountain (it is really worth).

  I just finished my 3-day Zhangjiajie trip with Lucy as my guide, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Lucy’s fluent English made communication totally effortless for this international trip—she spoke clearly, adjusted her pace for me, and answered every question about local geology, culture and history with incredible detail. Her itinerary planning was perfect: over three days we covered the stunning quartz peaks of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the breathtaking skywalk on Tianmen Mountain, and the thrilling glass bridge in the Grand Canyon, without ever feeling rushed or crowded. Lucy was also incredibly thoughtful, offering great tips for photo spots and helping us handle every small request along the way. Thanks to her, we got to fully enjoy every bit of Zhangjiajie’s amazing scenery without any stress.   I cannot recommend Lucy highly enough as an English-speaking tour guide for our three-day trip in Zhangjiajie. From the moment we met her, her warm, friendly smile immediately put our whole group at ease. Her English is perfectly fluent, which made every introduction easy and engaging to follow. She shared detailed stories about the local geology and culture that we would have never learned on our own, and always took extra time to answer all of our curious questions patiently. What impressed us most was her incredible efficiency: she planned the route perfectly, helped us skip unnecessary queues, and made sure we got to see every stunning spot without feeling rush. Lucy is truly the best tour guide we have ever had. Three days with her were full of wonderful surprises, and she made our Zhangjiajie trip absolutely unforgettable.   Had an absolute amazing time in Zhangajaje thanks to our fabulous tour guide Lilly. One of the best locations on the planet _ breathtaking mountain views _ an absolute dream.   Words can't describe the three days my father and I had in Zhangjiajie thanks to this service. From landing at the airport a day before our tour started to being dropped off at the train station, this group handled everything, but not only that, our guide Jett is someone my father and I consider family. That's how much care he provides to his groups. Last-minute changes needed? No problem. Need recommendations for night activities or dinner? They got you. He knew all the routes to significant viewpoints and attractions, and you never have to lift a finger during your tour days. His experience really showed, and his friendliness added a unique value to the service. I truly mean this, I WOULD'VE PAID MORE for the service that my father and I received.   We would highly recommend this tour. We asked to make a few changes to the original itinerary, and these were accommodated without any issues. Our tour guide was Xingxi (we hope we’ve spelled her name correctly). She was incredibly passionate about her hometown and eager to share it with us. Throughout the tour, both in the car and on walks, she pointed out interesting details we would have otherwise missed. She also took beautiful photos of us and even made sure we had the best spots at popular tourist attractions, which we really appreciated. We saw some truly incredible places, and we’re so glad we chose this tour.

  Emilia (叶佳欣) was absolutely the best tour guide!! Right from the start, she impressed us – waiting at the airport holding a sign with our names. She took us to amazing spots in Zhangjiajie, always full of enthusiasm, sharing tons of interesting info, and smiling constantly! Speaking both English and Chinese perfectly, she made our experience so much richer. Emilia was incredibly attentive. She made sure we knew we could reach her anytime, whether we needed to find a supermarket, order dinner, or just wanted her fantastic recommendations beyond our planned itinerary. She took us to amazing scenic spots and took a lot of pictures for us! She’s bright, sweet, and packed with energy – laughing and making everything fun! Thank you so much, Emilia! If you're going to Zhangjiajie, we 100% recommend her! :)

  Our 3-day adventure in Zhangjiajie was truly exceptional, showcasing the breathtaking natural beauty of China. We extend our sincere gratitude to our youthful, energetic, and affable tour guide Gabby, who facilitated our exploration of all major attractions as requested, including a Sightseeing Tram ride through the Ten-Mile Natural Gallery, a leisurely hike along the serene Golden Whip Stream, a relaxing boat experience on Baofeng Lake, and a ride on the Bailong Elevator, the world's tallest outdoor lift. We also explored the Avatar Hallelujah Mountain in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and rode the world's longest cable car to Heaven's Gate. The breathtaking scenery at every turn was simply captivating. Without the expert arrangement and professional services provided by Catherine Lu Tours, we would not have achieved such an extraordinary experience and satisfaction.
