Mulu World Heritage Area
午後には、リゾートのロビーでミーティングをし、ムル国立公園本部に移動して登録し、ラングの洞窟と鹿の洞窟に到達するために3kmの板張り歩行を続けます。洞窟を探索した後は、夜遅くに洞窟の入り口から飛び出すコウモリを観察するために、厚板展望台に進んでください（天気の良い日に限って）。同じ板を歩いて公園の本社に戻り、あなたの宿泊施設に戻ります。

朝食後、ロングボートでBatu Bungan– Penan Settlementに移動し、部族のライフスタイルを観察し、Penan Settlementで展示中の手工芸品を選択します。旅はロングボートでウィンドケーブとクリアウォーターケーブまで続きます。クリアウォーターの夏の小屋でピクニックランチをしたり、クリアウォーターの春に水泳を楽しめます。その後、午後遅くにロングボートトランスファーであなたの宿泊施設に戻ります、そしてあなたはあなた自身の余暇であなたの自由で簡単な時間を過ごすでしょう。

5.00Our guide for the Mulu Caves visit was Henry. He has excellent local knowledge and knows the terrain extremely well. We were very happy to have him as our guide.

5.00Boni is an amazing guide. From first moment in the Airport made everything to let us get the most of the experience. He had great timing and even handled our flight schedule perfectly, so to let us enjoy the park even in our last moments there. We also met new friends there that had been with Boni into other tours (in the Pinacles) and they had the same great feedback to share about him. His wife was also so friendly and kind! The full tour was incredible, from the caves to the river and from the night hike to the swim in the clearwaters. Living inside the park really adds to the value, as you can easier hike self service, get a night walk, relax in the local restaurant and enjoy the park the most. Definitely recommend this!

4.00Really enjoyed the cave walks, even in monsoon rain on first day. The cabin was comfortable and quite satisfactory to stay. Food provided was good and we really enjoyed our stay.
Stay at the Marriott instead of the Rainforest Lodge

2.00The setting is beautiful and convenient to the Park. The chalet I was in smelled so strongly of mildew and mold that it could knock you over upon entering. The air conditioning was barely functioning. There was no drinking water provided and no refill station so a lot of plastic waste. Every little thing is an extra charge including wifi or changes to the set breakfast. I was sick and requested rice and toast which cost wise is cheaper but they charged extra. I asked if someone could help with my luggage on departure as I was weak but I was told no one was available. I do not recommend the Rainforest Lodge as it was the most expensive thing I did while in Borneo and the accommodations and services were a big disappointment.
