  We had a great time with Pietra. What a lovely guide and so helpful about lots of other things we could do while we are on the island. The walk itself is pretty and lush but straightforward but Pietra made our time together so much more with lots of great stories and history about the region.

  My two teenage boys and I had an incredible time on a recent hike in Hawaii with Massimo Sport Hawaii. From the start, it felt more like an adventure with an old friend than just another guided tour. Massimo was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty of Hawaii. He made sure to tailor the experience to our pace and interests, making it feel personalized and special. The hike itself was stunning, with breathtaking views and lush landscapes. What really stood out was how Massimo kept the hike fun for everyone, especially our teens, while making sure we all felt at ease and comfortable the whole time. It truly felt like an adventure designed for our family. The boys had a blast, and we all walked away with amazing memories! I highly recommend Massimo Sport Hawaii for anyone looking for a friendly, low-pressure experience that’s perfect for all ages.

  Massimo was an incredible tour guide! He customized our hiking tour as well as our full day sightseeing tour to accommodate our schedule and our priorities on the island. Would recommend his group to anyone that is traveling to O’ahu!

  We hiked up Koko Head with Massimo and it was a great workout! Massimo made sure to go at our pace, and he was able to assist my wife on some tricky steps. He stopped at Leonard’s after for us a try a local treat.

  Had to switch hikes due to all the rain and mud but still enjoyed our trip! Guide was friendly, only 4 instead of 5 stars due to high price compared to other trips.

  Our group wanted to go to Manoa Falls. Our guide took us. There was nothing custom about it. Went to the falls and back, that was it. Took approx 40 minutes then back to hotel. Round trip, hotel to hike to hotel, took 2 hrs and 10 min and cost over $1000. Our group would really have liked to have taken the longer way back down from the falls, instead of straight up and straight back. Basically, It was a very expensive Uber ride. Guide was very nice but we all felt he was trying to get rid of us as fast as possible. A friendly hike, yes, Just not a "custom" hike and not 10am to 2pm, and not worth the $$.

  Massimo took us on the hike of a lifetime. We took a locals-only path around beautiful Hanauma Bay—the views were amazing! Massimo was a fantastic guide and was a true pro dialing in exactly the right balance of intensity and recreation for our hike. We can’t wait to go with Massimo on another hiking tour!
