  The guide was great. The tour was terrible. $356 for 8 pieces of chocolate. You can save the money and go to three chocolate stores and save $200. The tour guide was amazing. We loved her. Unfortunately, we would never recommend doing this and we really regret this.

  The tour was great. Interesting topics, fun walk and boat tour, and the chocolate was amazing. However, Viator gave us bad information on the times. The booking said the tour started at 10 am. This was wrong. It started at 9! If the tour guide, who was fantastic, hadn't been worried about us and called us, we would have missed the tour entirely! If she hadn't coordinated with us to meet up after the tour had started, we would have had no experience. Very disappointed in Viator

  Teresa greeted us at the meeting place and got to know us as we waited for others. She was very friendly and informative throughout the tour. The chocolate stops were a big hit! She really enjoys her tour guide role and it shows. I would recommend this tour to others.

  There were six of us on the Zurich Chocolate tasting tour. Teresa was the guide, and she was knowledgeable and very efficient. In three hours, we covered a lot of ground and learned some new things. Highly recommended.

  Our guide Teresa was fun & informative. She took us to places other tour groups had not. Her knowledge of the city history was well delivered, and offered some gems of information I previously had not heard. The walking pace was easy, with some hills & stairs, but nothing too overwhelming. The ferry ride at the end of the trip was a nice relaxing end to the tour. The chocolates & gelato enjoyed along our journey were amazing.

  We had an amazing experience on the Zürich City Tour with chocolate tasting and lake cruise today! Our guide, Ben, truly made the day unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and shared so many fascinating stories about Zürich’s history that brought the city to life. We especially loved the chocolate stops—learning about the origins of the chocolatiers and visiting the shops was such a treat. The lake cruise was the perfect finishing touch, with beautiful weather and stunning views. Ben’s enthusiasm and storytelling made the whole experience so enjoyable and memorable. Thank you, Ben, for such a wonderful day!

  City tour w/chocolate tasting was great. Julia was great guide, very knowledgeable! Lake cruise was perfect way to end the tour.
