3.00The trip itself was ok, staff onboard good and clear explanations in English and Spanish were helpful. However, it was a bit disorganised and misleading. Not sure who is to blame, Viator or the boat company. The booking said it was for 5.30pm, when I arrived about 20 early at the ticket desk, no one there, I had to ask what to do, I was told there was another desk nearby. I found that one and explained what happened, they told me boat trip will start around 6.30pm. Poor directions given to us where to get the boat and the staff member at the marina insisted that correct time was 6.30pm. I told her we were told 5.30pk when I made the booking online. As a result I had to rearrange all my evening plans for this. Getting onboard was also slow keeping all passengers waiting in the sunshine which was intense. A bit frustrating and poor communication about the booking. It should be made clearer. I didn’t leave a tip because of this as overall it wasn’t justified. I will say staff onboard were fine. Thanks!
