1.00My husband and I were excited to make this once-in-a-life-time trip to London. I booked the Thames River Sightseeing Cruise for a round trip on 12/6/2025. However, the dock lady refused our entry after scanning the Ticket #, saying it's not in her system. We went to the Ticket Booth of the Thames River Sightseeing and was told that the same thing. The Booth lady also helped us to check with City Cruises and Uber Boat, and all could not find our number. I called the phone# provided on the voucher, yet it could not get through. It was so frustrating to be running around in the cold weather, asking who is responsible for this cruise. There was a big disconnect between the Activity Provider "Tour Mints Ltd" and the cruise Operator! The other cruise Operator - City Cruises was very helpful at the time, trying to help us talk to the T.R.S.C. and provide info!

3.00This tour stated to start at 1700 from Westminster to Greenwich. We arrived at the pier at 1630 and boarded. The staff said that the boat left at 1600. She then let us ride the 1700 boat for one hour trip to the bridge tower instead of going to Greenwich. We purchased the ticket for a 2 hour ride. This tour is misleading and we were not able to enjoy a 2 hour ride. Waste of money.

1.00I booked a round ticket at 18.00. I arrived at 17.45. Only to be told the last boat was at 17.00. I spoke to a gentleman who told me I’d missed the last boat at 17.00. (I don’t know if he was associated with the tour or not) said I had a ticket at 18.00. He got really defensive, a bit aggressive and extremely rude saying he was trying to help then took my phone out of my hand and showed it to the boat driver. The boat driver seen my ticket was indeed for 18.00 and said they are now operating on a winter schedule not the summer one. He did apologise and offered me the tour for the following day. But as it was my last day in London I wasn’t able to make it. He said I could ask for a refund as my ticket wasn’t scanned and I’d receive one. When I applied for a refund I was denied it. Which is why I’m giving this such a low score. It was through no fault of mine I missed this tour. Looking at this site they still have 18.00. So I’m don’t know why I was denied the it. I was so disappointed. It would have been a great way to end my London trip. I’ve done many tours and trips using this app. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed to the point of leaving a bad review
