Bernie was an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide. She was engaging and especially good with the children. The boat ride was a blast getting close so close to the awesome power of the falls. Not to be missed!

Bernie was engaging and knew her onions. A couple of stops to take photos was okay. Would have been 5 star if included start at Table Rock.

Bernie was awesome. Very knowledgeable and just so much fun. Would definitely recommend to doing this if your planning on coming to the falls. We had just a great time.

Our guide, Bernie, was fantastic! She was friendly & funny, and was a wealth of knowledge. She even took the time to send me lunch recommendations when I mentioned we wanted to have Buffalo Wings in Buffalo, NY. Thanks, Bernie! We had a blast!

Bernie was SUCH a fabulous tour guide! She was knowledgeable and personable and made the tour so pleasant! We learned history and geology and were even given great tips about where to stand on the boat. Highly recommend

We had a great time! Definitely a "gotta do it once in your life" adventure. The boat holds about 700 people. Our guide, Katie, helped us to make our way through the general queue and organized us so that we were able to get prime viewing spots. She also took pictures of us in a super friendly way.
