  Wow! This tour does not disappoint! Dante is an incredible story teller making the stories come to life! Walking through York seeing a different side to the city! Entertaining, interesting and engaging! Would highly recommend this!

  Had an amazing experience learning about Yorks ghostly history. Our tour was guided by Davina who was absolutely fantastic, they made the tour entertaining and informative while also handling the morbid subject with a sense of humour and taking care not to let the mood get too dour. The tour covered a pretty nice area and we got to see some key areas of York such as the shambles and where they found the viking village. A fantastic time to end a lovely holiday would absolutely recommend.

  Visited York for the weekend to experience all the ghosty stuff on offer, this was hands down the funnest part of my stay! Dante was very charismatic, theatrical and his story telling was very impressive! He kept you hooked on his every word and made me jump a few times. The tour was full on interesting ghost stories and a few giggles. Would highly recommend anyone visiting to give this a go and Dante deserves a pay rise hands down what a wonderful chappy

  This was brilliant! Our guide, Dante, was fantastically theatrical, entertaining and an excellent story teller. 90 minutes flew by! It’s a great way to see some of the more interesting parts of the city. Definitely worth booking for this.

  Dante added theatre and comedy as well as some history of the city into his spooky stories making the whole experience super entertaining and fun! Wasn’t sure what to expect from our first ghost tour but this was great fun. Thanks Dante deathly and Deathly Dark Ghost tours! 👻

  We had the tour guide Dante and was absolutely fantastic, helped us find dropped curbs for my chair on the route and made sure we had joined the group before beginning the talking points. Very enjoyable!

  Davina Deathly an absolute master storyteller injecting macabre, mystery and fun in equal measure. We were particularly spooked by the story of the Ragged School in the area of the Bedern. We thoroughly enjoyed this fascinating walk around haunted York and have no hesitation in recommending this tour…if you dare! 👻

  Great experience we had from beginning to end, very entertaining. Very fun. Her acting kept us laughing and enthralled all the way through. Definitely worth the time and money.
