  Great family experience. This was a fun way to gain knowledge about the area. The tour guide told spooky stories and was really good about reading the group and not making it scary for the kids in the group, while still giving “adult” facts. If we wanted it to be really scary the guide would have definitely accommodated the group. I like that she was able to adjust.

  I thought the tour guide was AMAZING! The only concern I had was that the advertising made it seem like it was way more of an experience than it was. I would not recommend this the my friends.

  Had a great time with Kylie. She was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. We heard about both the historical and spooky sides of each destination, which we enjoyed.

  You'd think on something called a ghost tour you'd hear ghost stories, right? Nope, we didn't get a single story of ghosts, hauntings, or anything spooky. What we did get was a very high, very adhd 19 year old tour guide who talked about her friend group in town, her favorite board games, and literally non stop about some dead bird she found. When we contacted the company afterwards and told them all this and asked for our money back, they were insulting and said "Your request is denied but we could give you two free vouchers to another tour." Save your money and your sanity and run away from this "ghost tour."

  It was an extremely cold night and we waited in front of an abandoned building for 20 minutes before the guide showed up- he was on time but the site tells you to get there 15 minutes early. That isn't necessary. Our guide had a very quiet voice and it was hard to catch all he was saying with the passing car noise. I was disappointed that we never entered any of the buildings listed for the tour. It is a street tour only as an fyi.

  Derek was amazing and gave a very insightful tour. It was also nice just seeing the architecture of Downtown Knoxville.

  We went on this tour tonight and it was absolutely horrible; 1. Operator was late, we were told to arrive @7:45 for a start of 8pm. He arrived at 8pm. 2. ⁠No one in the group could hear him talking. He faced away from the group to where we had to rotate around him continuously to hear anything. 3. ⁠It was only 35 min long! 4. ⁠We didn’t attend any locations we were supposed to 5. ⁠The parts of the stories we could hear were nothing notable. 6. When requested a refund for this crappy experience I was told “No refunds given”
