Unbelievable views. Got really close to the peaks. The pilot Richard was awesome. He was very safe and personable. Was patient with all the questions from oyr 6 year old grandson. He was enthralled with all the dials and video maps.

Just returned from 50 minutes of the most awe-inspiring experience. Amazing views, mountains, valleys, rivers, glaciers, a set down in the snow on top of the world, complete control and calmness by our pilot Steve (who knew every scene from Lord of the Rings!) and just a hugely professional set up that made this a truly memorable experience that my daughter and I will never forget.

We booked for helicopter glacier ride. When we got there for the ride due to the bad weather they changed ride from 50 minutes glacier ride to 30 minutes snow landing ride. I was told I will get the partial refund from trip advisor. Tried to contact trip advisor unable to get in touch. I like to know how to get the partial refund. Ride company said they already sent the email to trip advisor.
so far so good and suggested we got a refund from viator

Excellent service from booking to courtesy bus, to check-in, safety briefing. High praise to Richard the pilot for Excellent scenic flight and commentary. The glacier landing and chance to step out onto snow was amazing. Thankyou
