• Amazing day in Jaipur with Ajay

  Thank you, Ajay, for being an amazing guide in Jaipur! We only had one day in the Pink City and a long list of places we wanted to see, but Ajay managed to fit everything in smoothly without it ever feeling rushed. We visited Hawa Mahal and Amber Fort, both on our bucket list. He brought the places to life by explaining the history and traditions in a way that was easy to follow and interesting. Along the way, Ajay took us to Gaitor Ki Chhatriyan, a peaceful and beautiful royal cenotaph complex. We also visited Jantar Mantar, the astronomical observatory, which was fascinating to see and added another layer to understanding Jaipur’s scientific and historical heritage. After that, we stopped at a hilltop temple filled with monkeys, a welcome spiritual and natural break away from the busy city. After spending a lot of time in the car the previous days, I asked to walk through the old city, and Ajay happily guided us through the narrow streets of Jaipur. It was great to see the old doors and buildings up close and walk through the spice and flower markets, with all their colors and scents. Ajay has a degree in history, and it really shows in the way he shares his knowledge. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and flexible throughout the day.   I went on a tour with Ajay around the golden triangle and Shimla. I would highly recommend Ajay who is extremely knowledgeable on the places we visited which made our tour so enjoyable. He also has a good sense of humour and is calm under pressure

  Visited Jaipur on our North India tour and stated 3 days. Our very friendly and knowledgeable guide Ajay took us to the main sites like Jantar Mantar, City Palace, Amber Palace and Birla Mandir. Ajay explained well all of the history behind the various sites and times. He accommodated well the needs of a middle sized group and we felt very well looked after. We also saw a carpet manufacturer and block printing demonstration. Can 100% recommend Jaipur sightseeing with Ajay as guide.

  We visited India for a 2 week tour and Ajay was our personal guide. We were very lucky as he is so knowledgeable and also very friendly. He tunes into the needs of individuals in the group and ensured we were all happy. He was very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. He helped us negotiate tips as a group which was great. If I wanted to visit India again, I will definitely contact Ajay to guide us.

  Ajay was our guide throughout a fantastic 2 week tour of northern India, which included 3 days in and around Jaipur. Ajay was a great guide. He is very knowledgeable and went to great lengths to meet the needs of a fairly varied group. Ajay was happy to use his local knowledge and expertise to enhance the whole experience. Above all, Ajay had a great raport with the group and certainly understood our sense of humour.

  Ajay's India Beat Tour of Dehli and Agra. This tour was probably the highlight of my trip to India and Sri Lanka. Ajay's knowledge of the history of the magnificent buildings and venues we visited and the people who built and occupied them was extensive, interesting and very informative. His organization of our time meant that we packed a very considerable amount of sightseeing in the few days we spent with him. I enjoyed the fact that he gave us the opportunity to explore what we were most interested in, at our our own pace. Thank you Ajay for being a professional and well organized guide.
