5.00I had a really good time joining the Lake Shidaka and Lake Kagurame Nordic Walking tour, and the guides were very friendly, explaining everything in detail. That was my first time using Nordic Walking poles, so the guides firstly explained how to adjust the poles according to my height and how to use them properly. The forest bathing experience was also a nice experience to feel nature. And then we continue the tour, visiting the shrine. That was a relaxing experience.

5.00I joined a guided tour to Shidaka Lake and Kagurame Lake. This was my first time trying Nordic walking and forest bathing, and I really enjoyed both. The guide are really kind and friendly and explained how to use the Nordic walking poles. I really enjoyed forest bathing. Just slowing down, breathing deeply, and paying attention to the nature around me was surprisingly refreshing. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a light outdoor activity with beautiful scenery and a chance to relax in nature.

5.00We walked around Shidaka Lake and then to Kagurame Lake. It was our first time experiencing Nordic walking and forest bathing. Forest bathing experience is the best part of the tour. We felt so relaxed and refreshed after it. The guides were so kind and friendly. They explained clearly about nordic walking. I recommend this tour for anyone who wants to enjoy nature in a mindful way, whether you are a first-timer like me or more experienced.

5.00It is my first time trying Nordic walking. It was an impressive experience and it is beginner friendly course. Tour guide sans were friendly and taught us a lot about Japanese culture. Recommend to all who are interested in hiking.

5.00I took a Nordic walking for Lake Shidaka and Lake Kagure..The service was really good and the hosts are really kind and patient. They even provide some snacks, juice and water. There was also forest bathing section where you just lie down on grass and feel the sounds of nature around Lake Shidaka. They even guide us to some temples around the area. It was such a great experience to relax my mind, exercise my body and feel the nature of Oita.
