Viator is not a great company to work with

3.00Great experience but book on a different 3rd party like get your guide as they are cheaper and easier to deal with and contact and have better cancellation and rescheduling policies. Viator was difficult to work with and didn’t provide my tickets to me until the morning of the event at 3am in the morning! Whereas our friends got their tickets on get your guide and got their QR code within days of booking. Disney Tokyo was amazing but the booking experience on this website was subpar.
