  As avid and experienced travelers, we know that we can spend more time on planning and logistical nightmares then just partnering with a local We contacted the owner through a mutual friend as a private transportation to and from the airport as well as excursions. To my delightful surprise, the vehicles were really nice and they offered to help book our excursions. We booked the trip just the week before and didn’t get a chance to confirm our outings. They’ve made great relationships with local companies and take care of everything for you. We did an ATV tour through the jungle and beaches, ziplining, and a half day white water rafting tour. We joked our trip was Costa Rica light, because there’s so much to do and see. We had lounge days in between. We didn’t get a chance to hike around the volcanos and see more waterfalls. We will definitely go next time and contact this team. I won’t be going to CR without working this this team. Thank you Goose, Allan, and David José. We appreciate your guidance, keeping us safe, making the drives easier for this easily-motion-sick person, and being always prompt. You guys made this just that much easier for us to focus on hanging together and enjoying CR without spending a lot of time on logistics. I really appreciated that. We didn’t take many photos, because we were too busy experiencing CR!

  

  

  

• Incredible Tour Guide Experience!

  We just returned from a 10 day trip to Costa Rica that we scheduled last minute due to our trip to Brazil being cancelled. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Heiner and Hex. THEY WERE AMAZING. Scheduling a last minute trip to a country we hadn’t been to before could have been a very stressful experience. Fortunately, I was connected with Heiner and Hex two days before my trip. They personally coordinated all of my transportation (from San Jose to Arenal to Tamarindo to Manuel Antonio). They literally did it all. The had great drivers that were safe, educational, flexible and fun. I sent them multiple texts per day with questions. They were VERY responsive (within seconds) and did amazing jobs scheduling trips for us (rafting, tours, and surfing) and recommending restaurants and hotels. They did it all. Here’s one example of many that reflects their personal touch. My teenage kids left electronics in the van after we traveled from Arenal to Tamarindo. Heiner personally drove an hour to pick up my kid’s electronics and then brought them to us at our hotel (the day after Christmas when he should have been with his family). Who goes out of their way like that for a customer? Truly amazing. Again, this is just one example of many. My trip to Costa Rica would have been a much different experience without the help of Heiner and Hex. They are more than tour guides, they are a personal concierge that are passionate about making sure your visit to Costa Rica is successful. I will refer all my friends and family to this team. They truly are world class. Words cannot express how grateful I am. THEY made sure we had an amazing experience in Costa Rica. Pura Vida!
