  Reserved on-site at the Fort de Colombo station, on the same day! Maybe not to do in high season (stay made at the end of May). Great experience, a lot of luck because the weather was perfect throughout the stay, especially in the mountainous area which is always a bit unpredictable. The tour operator understood well the type of trip I wanted, which means a lot of activities in a very compact time frame. Thus, in 7 days I was able to see many temples, many waterfalls, take the train in the mountains, do some mountain/rock climbing, and end up at the beach! The entire trip went wonderfully thanks to the driver: Bennet!!! A fantastic guy who was able to turn the trip into a real joy. Always smiling, offering plenty of things, he knows many tips and good plans, and on top of that, he was my guardian during this stay, watching over everything and continuously giving very good advice!   We were a group of seven young backpackers traveling through the historic center of Sri Lanka, and Chandimal was an amazing guide throughout the trip. He welcomed us warmly, organized everything smoothly, and was always open to our wishes and ideas. At the same time, he guided us professionally through Sri Lanka with lots of experience and showed us many cool and authentic spots.   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended! We recently completed a 6-day trip across Sri Lanka, and having Pradeep as our driver and guide truly made the experience unforgettable. From day one, his punctuality and dedication stood out. He was always on time, well-prepared, and ensured our itinerary ran smoothly without any stress. What really impressed us was his strong network and local connections. No matter where we traveled, Pradeep seemed to know people everywhere. At one point, we had accidentally left behind some important items at a previous location. Thanks to his contacts and quick coordination, we were able to recover everything within just a few hours—even after we had traveled quite far. That level of support is rare and incredibly valuable when you’re traveling. Another highlight was his kindness and patience with our 1.6-year-old child. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Pradeep handled it with such warmth. Unlike many drivers who may get uncomfortable with noise or interruptions, he was extremely understanding. In fact, he went a step further—engaging with our child, playing with him, and making him feel comfortable throughout the journey. That gesture meant a lot to us as parents. Overall, Pradeep is not just a driver—he is a reliable, caring, and well-connected travel companion who genuinely wants his guests to have the best experience. • A fabulous trip of Sri Lanka made very special by Sam our driver

  We’ve just completed an 8 day tour with our driver Samintha Ekanayake (SAM) which was arranged by USP Lanka based at Colombo Fort train station. We had already pre booked our accommodation but needed to get from A to B and just by chance after visiting the train station popped into the USP office where we put an itinerary together with their invaluable advice. Everything worked out so well and the main reason for this was Sam’s expert knowledge and guidance. He was always punctual and generous with his time, patient and kind. He took us to places that we would never had experienced without him, for example visiting Kandy and seeing the Sacred Tooth ( which wasn’t on our original plan) to eating delicious buffalo curd and honey from a roadside stall. Sam really made our holiday very special and we will remember him fondly.

  We had a wonderful 15-days-tour from Colombo to Hikkaduwa. Mr. Fernando carefully considered our needs and put together a well-planned itinerary, always making the right choices regarding the locations and the length of each stay.   I organised an 8 day tour with USP Tours which included accommodation, breakfast, and an amazing driver in Ramzy. He was amazing company, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me around other areas in between key sites I wanted to visit that I had not previously heard about. I would absolutely recommend Ramzy to anyone wanting a hassle free and organised driver and tour.

  We too accidentally met Prasanna at the Colombo railway station information office and so glad we did! We had a fabulous 16 days trip with our kind and professional driver Bennet travelling around Sri Lanka. We visited so many wonderful places which would be difficult and time consuming to navigate using local taxis. We travelled from the south to the central highlands, the east coast to Jaffna then to Negombo. Our itinerary changed during the trip ( our choice) but this was easily arranged. We would thoroughly recommend using this company.
