1.00Tried booking, sent me a link saying it was waiting for confirmation and everything seemed fined. Knowing there was very little space avaiavble for today, I messaged them saying please let me know if your can confirm this asap with a message as there where other options avaiable at the time. Around an hour later a automated reply said we were declined, no response from my message..... why the hell do they sell tickets for somthing that is over booked, and then after waiting an hour nothing is aviavble anymore. D*hshit Company, D*ogshit Service. avoid at all costs.

4.00We had an amazing time. Both the cruise around the bay and the Alcatraz tour were as awesome as we expected. Our real only complain was the fact that we and a bunch other people arrived early for the Alcatraz tour and went in line, with the idea of getting good seats in the ship. However the people in charge of logistics kept leaving latecomers in alongside the early goers. Of course it’s nitpicking and maybe even petty. But what’s the point of arriving early if there’s no reward? Again, the cruise and tour were amazing. Loved the audio explanation of all the parts in Alcatraz. Definitely will recommend.
