  Key Tours is a very difficult company to deal with. I have taken many tours through via tour and Key Tours is the worst.

  The tour to Annecy was very good. The old town of Annecy and lake was a great place to see. The guide was good and informative on the bus, but it would be nice for the walking tour part if we had an earpiece to be able to hear the guide. We had a large group and unless you were right next to the guide, could not hear what he was saying. We went on a Sunday, and they have their Old Town Market that morning. It was fun, but very crowded. We all enjoyed the tour and spending time in Annecy old town and at the lake.

  Nice and easy. Quick tour with enough information and plenty of free time, which I prefer. Guide was informative and responsible. Roll call to make sure we all made it back.

  A great trip with a good knowledgeable guide, the only recommendation would be that the half door tour is just not long enough if you want to do some of the activities like getting on the lake. It would be nice to have an option for a tour that is a couple of hours longer but other than that it was.a lovely tour

  Nice trip to Annecy. Our guide was very informative. I wish I could we could have driven by some of the other tourist attractions such as the lovers bridge and the fancy homes in the hills.

  the village of Annecy is absolutely beautiful. Gabriel did a wonderful job showing us the sights before we had time on our own. we would highly recommend this tour.

  Pretty town by the lake, but this tour seems to get you there by accident and doesn't stay long. Our guide chattered inanely for most of the trip there, commenting on his arguments with locals on town size, naming, and lack of amenities. Once there, you're in a rush to see what you can in 2 hours. After taking a different (and great) tour from this company a few days earlier, I had a higher bar. Save money and spend the time you want: take the train.

  Very cute small town with old authentic houses. Definitely worth to visit abd see. Also recommend the food, I stayed very satisfied, the dish was big abd plenty of food and prive isn’t high. I want to thank our guide he was very kind and funny it was real pleasure to deal with such person🤗
