5.00Our tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable on Neptune, Blackbeard, Princess Ann and the overall history of Virginia Beach. He interacted very well with the kids on the tour, kept the adults engaged as well, and added in humor throughout! It was a perfect first evening activity after making the drive here!

2.00I signed up for this tour based on the description. It specifically says ‘ends at starting point’. This is not true. It starts at the Neptune statue at 31st street and ends at 15th street. If you are staying at the Marriott or the Cavalier hotels that is a 2 mile walk. I left part way through because I didn’t want to get stuck out late alone on the boardwalk at 930P. Also, the meeting start pin is incorrect. Tour starts at the Neptune statue. Our group was wandering around looking for the guide (he was ten mins late). I was told I would get a refund but of course that never happened. Disappointing for sure. I book a lot of tours through Viator and they are normally very good.

5.00Hi had the pleasure of taking part in the Neptunes Ghost Tours at the Virginia Beach ocean front recently. It was a great experience, I'm really into spooky things and this was a nice change from the bubbly atmosphere you usually get at the beach. The tour guide Justin was nice and knew alot about the history good and bad here. He kept it light but still managed to make it fun and a little scary. I would do it again.

1.00just now New I would give it zero if I could. I have been trying to reach out to the company for two days to fix the problems with my King Neptune tour. The have not responded thru text or email, when I called it was sent to India and they gave me a different email. Still no response. This has to be a scam. The tour guide was late. Not dressed like a guide did not identify herself. She took phone calls thru the tour. Asked locals in out group about the stories and then would never finish it because they already knew the story. I didn't know. The guides mic didn't work. Couldn't hear her. She rushed so much we were done 10 minutes early and the guide was offered when we asked about the extra stops we paid for, she snapped at us. Rude and unprofessional. Definitely not worth $66.88...
