  Exiting the cruise ship we expected the driver with name sign. Other tours including Viators had this. We searched for 10 minutes and then I connected to wifi to see he'd Whatsapped us. James had sent a photo of his car and expected us to find him!! I commented on this and he said the tour should have started at 10.00. We didn't disembark until 10.20 and if he'd been where he should have waiting he would have seen we were the first off at 10.20. James spent the first 20 minutes of the drive saying were he'd take us and eventually we were able to explain the far fewer sights we wanted to see. "Seeing" was difficult when driving as we were in the back of the smallest hatchback imaginable. Craning of necks ... Other previous Viaitor tours good; this not.

  Being able to visit the big attractions (Batu Caves, national mosque, etc.) with just the 2 of us without having a lot of people (e.g., on a bus tour) made it more enjoyable. We were able to stop a few places that were quite unique (e.g., batik creation, local mall) that wouldn't be on a normal tour. While we did have some miscommunication on starting time/communication/drop-offs, everything worked out fine. Our driver was quite knowledgeable and friendly and gave us several recommendations on things to see.
