  Bunga was truly the best. We were a group of 16 people and he did an excellent job of keeping us coordinated and on track. I also loved that he was quite flexible with his schedule. All in all a great time was had our exploration of Tokyo and seeing the city with Bunga’s eyes.

  Bunga was a delight. He shared very useful information in an incredibly organized way with google pins. He was patient and flexible with our group of 14. In fact, within 15 minutes of meeting the group, he informed me to disregard the contracted time expressing his flexibility and willingness to be with us as long as necessary. This generous gesture was very much appreciated by all of us. He accommodated ALL our requests, not easy for a large group. Bunga impressed us by quickly memorizing all our names which aren’t easy mainstream names. We had an unforgettable day in Tokyo thanks to Bunga. He truly went over and beyond. We highly recommend his services.

  Bunga was absolutely amazing! He is so easy going, met with us & prepared us well before the trip and catered to our family’s needs, even providing advice about other parts of our trip. Felt like he was one of the family! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

  As someone who has done a few guided tours of Japan before probably the best guide so far English is definitely on a native level I would recommend if u like nature and a slower paced itinerary definitely felt more natural life exploring with a friend vs a guided tour/set itinerary he was also willing to deviate from his plans if we saw something that caught our eye instead which was nice where as other guides even the "custom" ones didn't really do this also does have a lot of knowledge on the areas/history he seemed well informed really enjoyed our tour and going to places we probably wouldn't have especially not knowing the language or how to get into/on a wait-list for some places definitely would book again especially for places that are hard to understand how the wait-list process works / less touristy areas

  We had a spectacular time with Bunga! He planned a perfect route for us, at our family’s pace, mixing popular places with hidden, quiet gems. Saying he’s a nice and pleasant guy is an understatement. Bunga was hands on to make sure we experienced a fulfilling day — sharing treats with us, teaching us proper temple and shrine etiquette, suggesting perfect photo angles, including our children in the day, meeting us at our hotel to help us navigate the Tokyo subway system, and getting us in straightaway at his favorite (and full!) ramen restaurant. He was fun, humorous, informative, gregarious, patient, and kind. I’m so glad the magic Meta algorithm worked its magic and put him top of mind for us, as our time with him was a highlight of our trip for the whole family. I will definitely share his info with friends who are traveling to Japan.

  We had a great time! Bunga not only spoke perfect english, but more Importantly, he took the time to show us the train system and was so patient with our large group of 6! The itinerary was well thought out & flexible on the day of. We enjoyed every minute and would definitely book again.

  Bongo was knowledgeable, flexible and very engaging. He took us on a very enjoyable and thoughtful tour of the sights and delights of Shinjuku over about 3 hours and left us with dinner suggestions that were absolutely a perfect end to a wonderful day. We are coming back for more in a few days!

  Bunga was an outstanding private tour guide and helped make our entire Japan trip incredible. He helped us plan our full itinerary, including our time in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, which made everything smooth and stress-free. In Tokyo he helped us navigate the train system and ensured we saw so much of the city without feeling rushed or exhausted. He perfectly balanced sightseeing with time to truly enjoy each experience. His knowledge, organization, and genuine care for our experience made all the difference. We highly recommend Bunga to anyone visiting Japan, he truly goes above and beyond.

  I have traveled a lot while working on ships and have the travel bug. When my daughter's sports team planned a trip to Japan, I knew to make the most of it I would need local help. I first found Bunga and his videos which were full of great information. I reached out to him and working with him has been very easy. We met twice virtually to plan the itinerary for our time in Tokyo. He offered suggestions and recommended we pivot our trip to over night in Hakone which was well worth it. Bunga met us the afternoon we arrived and got us acclimated to Ueno. He helped set us up with transit cards, and met our kids where they were at after a long flight in. Bunga's knowledge and passion for the city is infectious. He look us on a day long walking tour where he shared his knowledge of the area, the customs and unique facts that you would be hard pressed to learn otherwise. The day felt like we were hanging out with a friend. His photo suggestions were great and I will be connecting get again w Bunga when we return to Tokyo.

  I had an amazing experience with my personal tour guide in Japan. The tour was well organized, informative, and tailored perfectly to what I wanted to see and learn. My guide was very knowledgeable about the culture, history, and local spots, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and engaging.
