  I took the tour with mine guide Daniel, who is extremely kind, polite and passionate about what he does. I strongly recommend that this tour be done on the first day of the trip as it explains everything about the city, which makes the following days much easier and more profitable. I told him my preferences, and he customized the tour accordingly. We visited the following places: Royal Yacht Britannia (o navio da Rainha) The three bridges, including the Forth Rail Bridge Linlithgow Palace (where Mary, Queen of Scotland was born) – stop for pictures of the palace and the river in the background (I did not enter) Stirling Bridge (scenario of the famous battle) William Wallace Monument (I did not enter) Stirling Castle Lunch at River House Restaurant In the afternoon, we continue to: Unfinished Pantheon Royal Mile – the main street of the city, full of restaurants and shops (impermeable!) Places related to the Harry Potter universe: The Elephant House (onde J.K. Rowling wrote the book) Cemetery, where she took inspiration for characters' names Victoria Street, which would have inspired the Diagonal Beco It was a rich day in history, culture and curiosity. I highly recommend Daniel for those looking for a personalized, informative and welcoming tour!

  Horrible attitude, rude, unorganized in sending invoices, receiving payments. Communication was horrid. Our first day of touring cancelled due to being unable to dock. Be sure to pay attention to his refund policy. It is zero refund if cancelling within two weeks. Fortunately our trip insurance will cover most of it. Second day we had a very nice tour with a lady whom he subcontracted with. Next time I’ll use her. There is no way I would ever submit to Rafael’s verbal abuse and disorganization.

  We opted for a personalised experience of the Scottish Highlands on a 3 day trip from Edinburgh, on a small group of 4 people. Rafael took us through the must-see sights of Isle of Skye with ease and efficiency. Stop at Dunkeld waterfalls, Kyle, Portree, Old man of Storr, Fairy Pools, Glencoe along the way, and we also upgrade to include a cruise on the legendary Elgol. Every traveller has that one particular trip that changed them forever – this has to be one of my most memorable travel experience. I can’t thank you enough, Rafael. Highly recommended tour and a well deserved 5 star rating!
