  We were blessed with a gorgeous day for our flight, and the glaciers are unbelievable. Our pilot, Rich, was wonderful, and both Abbey and Sam on the ground were great, too, even when dealing with some difficult guests. What a fantastic way to cap off our time in the south!

  This is a once in a lifetime must do attraction. I can’t think of anything else I have done that’s as amazing as this on a mountain in snow! James our pilot was hospitable and cared for the older lady in our group but also engaged in more than superficial chat with us all. Thank you James you were great🙏

  Had a fantastic ride in the helicopter with a landing on one of the mountains where the children could get out and play in the snow. Very professional and safe. Staff were all friendly, pilot was experienced and was a fantastic tour guide. Would highly recommend for families, couples or even for a solo experience.

  Great experience, we were booked for the 2 glaciers and Mt Cook trip but unfortunately the weather was against us. Never mind what we did was wonderful. Loved the pic taking technology and the deft manoeuvres of our pilot Clark.

  Outstanding views of the glacier, beautiful sunny day above the layer of cloud. Great commentary by our pilot Simon. Opportunity to take lots of photos.

  Fantastic experience! The highlight of our New Zealand trip. The staff were friendly and communicated clearly about all aspects of the trip. We felt safe and the staff made our flight thoroughly enjoyable. Landing on a glacier is a once in a lifetime opportunity and we are so glad we did this!

  Brilliant experience, the weather was perfect so made the experience outstanding, Gregg the pilot was great fun to be with and provided brilliant and informative commentary.   Our flight nearly didn’t go ahead because there was only two of us booked on and we needed a minimum of three. The staff did everything they could to ensure we could fly, they were so so helpful. We managed to change from Franz josef glacier to Fox glacier. It was amazing, the flight was so cool and landing on the snow was beautiful. Definitely worth the money!! Our pilot Tim was great and Hannah (I think that’s her name?) at the office was so helpful with sorting our flight.
