  We very much enjoyed this tour with Phoebe as our guide. We hit all the hot spots and more! As we drove along in our comfortable van, Phoebe was very engaging and provided so much interesting information about the natural features of the park. If you are unfamiliar with Yellowstone, this is the perfect way to see the park for the first time!

  

  

  

  

• Booked Tour Doesn’t Exist with Local Operator

  Be cautious when booking the 09:00 AM tour. We booked and received a confirmed Viator e-ticket for a 09:00 AM departure. However, at 06:50 AM on the morning of the tour, the local operator contacted us to ask where we were, stating their tour actually departs at 07:00 AM. When we spoke with the supervisor, she stated that their company does not run 09:00 AM tours and referred to some of Viator’s listings as recurring "surprises" that do not align with their actual operational schedule. While an afternoon tour or an option to catch up with the group was offered, neither worked for our schedule. Furthermore, the supervisor was defensive and incorrectly claimed they had verified the 07:00 AM time with us the day prior. Because we relied entirely on Viator's official confirmation, we missed the excursion entirely. Viator needs to audit this listing, and be sure to confirm your tour with the operator.

  We enjoyed our guided 1/2 day morning tour of the lower loop of Yellowstone. Our guide Mike was informative and helpful during our visit. We saw waterfalls, bubbling mud pits, Old Faithful, Biden, Moose, and Dear. Great way to sample Yellowstone if you don’t have a full day.

  Our guide, "Mike" was great. He took us to all the hot spots and was very friendly and accomodating. He had nice, healthy snacks and water. The van was comfortable and clean even with a full load of passengers.

  My daughter and I had a great day on the half day Yellowstone Tour.Our driver and tour guide, Mike, was very knowledgeable and fun to spend the morning with. I would highly recommend this your and especially if you’re lucky enough to have Mije as your guide!

  Tour was wonderful, however meet place could have been more clear. There was some confusion in the hotel when we’re trying to figure out where our tour guide was. They were behind the hotel and almost left without us!

  She was great!! Accompanied us and described everything. So glad we got her. Very experienced. She is a retired teacher and her husband also works for the company. I cannot complain.
