  When my parents told me about Marta, they explained how amazing it was to walk around such a historic city with such a wonderful person. She was even more spectacular than they had described! From the moment I reached out to her via e-mail, I knew I was in good hands. She got back in a timely, professional manner that made everything seamless. From coordinating various meeting points or tailoring the stops to accommodate my pregnant wife, it was simply nice to have somebody who didn't treat you like a number but more like a friend. We started the tour and the oldest building in Portugal still standing and made our way from one tapas to another, learning every morsel of knowledge I could fit in between bites. I would recommend her to family, friends, and everybody in between. She is the simply, the best!

  We had an excellent tour with Marta! She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Portuguese history and the Lisbon food scene. She was very personable and open and had a great sense of humor. Loved the food and various restaurants we visited. We would definitely recommend Marta and her tour!

  Our food tour with Marta was one of the highlights of our vacation. Not only did she offer a fantastic culinary experience but she was incredibly delightful! Her knowledge of the area's geography was so helpful to us, I only wish we had started our trip with her so we had the knowledge in the very beginning. I also particularly appreciated her historical knowledge of the region. I'm embarrassed to say I knew little of the history and she was so gracious to share about the current and past political events and culture in Portugal and surrounding areas. I highly recommend selecting Marta as your tour guide, she will exceed your expectations!

  I would highly recommend this tour. Marta was a great host. She took us all around Lisbon with stops at different restaurants along the way. It was a great way to see Lisbon and experience the different food and drinks of this culture.

  This is a food tour not to be missed. Marta was a lovely and gracious tour guide. She made it very personal. We all enjoyed every minute of the tour. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. Marta really captured the local feel of Lisbon. Put this on your itinerary while in Lisbon.
