  My son and I had the best time. The check in staff was welcoming and friendly. We arrived quite a bit early and they recommended either hanging out in their comfortable lounge, outside on their shaded patio area or take a drive to a local diner. We actually ended up driving around and found a very cool orchard and farm store. When we returned at our designated time, we were gathered with the rest of the people going at our 1:00 time (9 others) and met our 3 guides, Alex, Landon and Jordyn and the drivers who would take us to the starting point. The three were awesome, sooo funny and ensured all of us had a safe and delightful experience. Our drivers were great too…one of which was a fellow Alaskan. I would totally recommend to anyone wanting a truly amazing experience. Thank you so much!

  This was our second time there strictly because it was so good and friendly. The first time we went. The staff is great, knowledgeable and . I would recommend this to everyone who comes in this area.

  This. Place. Was. AWESOME!! So friendly, so laid-back, but also huge on safety and everything was clean and adorable and I just loved it. Six different zip-lines through the MOST scenic parts of TN and they took pictures for you so you wouldn't have to risk your phone falling into the oblivion. We had a 6 year old in our group from another family and while he WANTED to want to zip line, he was TERRIFIED for the first run and our guide was so incredibly patient with him and talked with him until he was ready and then went, tandem-style with him. After that, he was GUNG HO and had the BEST time. They. Were. Great. Highly recommend.

  WOW! So fun!!! Graham, James, & Liz were amazing!! So easy & smooth & most importantly FUN!! Graham's fun charm & personality made it the best! Will be recommending to anyone who comes to gatlinburg!

  We had the best time ever our guides were amazing. I love how they have no brakes that you have to control. They control it. They wait for you at the end so there was no wall . I like the safety rules, one person behind the rail at a time and you’re hooked in the whole time. my friend and I had the best time ever.

  Incredible, 6 zip lines, different in length and speed. 2 hour event. We arrived 40 min before as suggested. My younger son is right around 70lbs and he zipped by himself. We had an incredible time with Pat, Noah and Gemma. They made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the day. The guides had some great tips and fun add-ons (learning how to zip like Spider-Man). We are a family of 4, my husband, 2 boys (10 and 13) and me. The views made the experience all the better. They had water along the course. We went at 10:20 which was great to finish before the heat really settled into the day. We had a light breakfast beforehand.

  Awesome experience excellent ziplines. Our guides were all excellent Graham was the comedian and excellent entertainer speaker,James was the explainer on what to do, and Liz hooked us all up and communicated to the other side and talked everyone through to give them confidence.
