Horrible! Bus was late and we were late to all our excursions. Bus could not pass some inspections which caused the group to be split into sprinter vans and Ubers. Totally unprofessional. Want my money back!

I have used Viator many, many times. This is the worst "tour" I have ever been on. I do not give bad reviews. However, for a company that prides themselves on service this was horrible. Reasons: No Tour Guide Driver could barely communicate with us. We were stuffed into a GMC SUV...in the back. We did not have any "Niagara History in information of any kind. This was a Driver at very best...no tour. I could have booked a car for much less and not suffered so much I have been on the best Viator tours and this was horrible. I hope Viator makes this right with me. If not, I will contact Amex and dispute the charge. I am sorry about this review, but I am so disappointed with a company that should know what is going on. I would n3ver do this again.

You are mixed with other tour groups that have more activities than you. The guide kept the groups on schedule with different pick up times at different stops.

Absolutely incredible experience! We had an amazing tour. His knowledge of the local history and culture was incredibly impressive, and he shared it in a way that was engaging, fun, and easy to follow. He knew all the best spots, answered every question we had, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group was comfortable and having a great time. If you’re visiting Niagara Falls in Canada, you absolutely have to book a tour.

We visited Niagara Falls and did the Journey Behind the Falls. It was a great experience. On the boat tour, you will get a little wet; that's just part of it. The tour guide managed the individual program points well.

"We had an absolutely fantastic time on our tour. His knowledge of the local area and history was incredible, and he brought the stories to life with so much enthusiasm. He was highly professional, answered all of our random questions with a smile, and gave us excellent recommendations for the rest of our trip. If you want a deep, meaningful experience, we highly recommend booking with him!"
