Scam. This tour guide NEVER SHOWED UP! Also, phone numbers listed were disconnected and they did not respond to email. Do not give this guy your money. Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I came to Oahu specifically to visit Pearl Harbor and he RUINED my trip. The tour company we ended up using was such a doll and is attempting to help us get a refund as well. Beware!!!

Origami Tours never showed up to take us on our tour. I tried to contact them but the number was disconnected and they wouldn’t answer a text message. I truly hope that no one else would ever have this experience.

The provider never showed up leaving us stranded. Their phone number is no longer in service. It took us days for Viator to refund our substantial payment for this excursion.

They never arrived at my hotel, as arranged, to bring us to Pearl Harbor. We called and texted and no one answered. We are trying to get our money back now.

Was an awesome day with our luxury car driver. This gentleman was very knowledgeable about Hawaii and Pearl Harbor and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We would highly recommend this service to everyone.
STRANDED FOR $350. No refund, remorse, nothing!!!

NEVER SHOWED UP. Stranded at the airport. Left to find my own tickets and transportation to Pearl Harbor. Reached out correspondence and was told in the policy the trip could be cancelled at any time. Got it.. things happen but COMMUNICATE with advance notice. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cesar drove us to Pearl Harbor in his luxury car. He showed us around the Main Site and made sure we had a spot at USS Arizona. The tour took around 3.5 hours. On our way back he also recommended a few local restaurants, which we greatly appreciated. Very positive experience overall.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Pearl Harbor!! This was a very humble experience & one that all Americans should take! Cesar Our Driver, was the GREATEST! He made sure that we had the best tour available & thoroughly made our day much more enjoyable in his luxury Car Lexus RX with leather and comfortable seats! He gave us Ipads to play video games with free Wifi. If we ever visit Oahu again, we will definitely ask Cesar to take us on a tour!
