What To Expect
魚崎駅集合、菊正宗酒ミュージアム見学 阪神魚崎駅の改札を出てすぐ。 電車でお越しにならない場合は、2階のローソンのすぐそばにゲートがあります。 テーマは「酒造りの原点発見 」 。 酒造りのプロセスから使用する道具まで、知識を得たり、実物に触れたり、 灘の酒を造る技術、水、米、テロワールを体験し、 酒造りに込められた情熱や伝統を学び、 日本酒と、それを取り巻く文化の新しい楽しみ方を模索する。

樽造り見学（見学可能な場合）に参加し、試飲を楽しむ 「樽酒マイスターファクトリー」は、菊正宗が2023年に新設した体験型施設。 日本酒文化を象徴する杉樽の魅力や製造技術を伝える場として、樽造りの全工程を自社敷地内で見学できる国内唯一の施設。 熟練の樽職人が樽を組み立てたり焙煎したりする様子を間近で見ることができ、杉材の香りや風合いを体感できる展示も楽しめます。 見学を通じて、伝統の職人技と菊正宗の樽酒造りへのこだわりを五感で体感できる。

5.00Take was incredible. So energetic and very helpful with translation. We really enjoyed our Sake tasting and Kobe beef teppenyaki experience with him. Would recommend him and this tour to anyone.

5.00We met our Tour Guide Emi at the Uozaki Station in Kobe and from then on we had the most amazing Tour of Kobe we could ever have wished for. We ended up being the only two people on this tour which made it such a pleasurable experience. The Sake Brewery is definitely a must see experience and it serves the most delicious Sake ice cream. The Kobe Beef lunch experience was the highlight. Such amazing food that just kept on coming. This tour was everything that we could have wished for. Thanks Emi for a great day.
