  I booked this trip after reading positive reviews, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The hotels arranged for us were far below acceptable standards. Although we had specifically booked 3-star hotels, the quality was extremely poor, stained linen, dirty bathrooms, and overall unhygienic conditions. In Manali, we even had to book a different hotel at our own expense because the provided accommodation was unacceptable. The hotels booked across all locations were not only of poor quality but also located far from the city centers, which took away the feeling of truly experiencing the cities. The hotel provided in Chandigarh was particularly disappointing. After checking online, we realized that many of the positive reviews appeared to be fake. When we raised our concerns, the company defended their choice by highlighting that the hotel had a swimming pool, completely ignoring the more important issue of basic hygiene. Upon arrival, we found visible mold in the bathroom. Clean linen and sanitary bathrooms should always be prioritized over amenities like swimming pools. Additionally, the driver and car service sent to us was strictly instructed not to deviate from the pre-set itinerary, which added to our dissatisfaction. The itinerary itself was extremely basic which is a typical tourist plan with little thought or customization. When we requested to visit a nearby waterfall instead of Solang Valley, it was very difficult to convince the driver, as he was told not to make any changes. Even when we decided to visit places beyond the Atal Tunnel, we were charged an additional ₹3,000 by the tour company. Upon reaching, we had to pay another ₹3,000 to local ATV riders just to reach Koksar village, even though these places were supposedly part of the original package. Given the price we paid for the package, we expected a much better level of quality and service. If you are traveling on a tight budget, this package might be somewhat acceptable. However, for the cost we incurred, I felt the experience did not justify the price at all. Although they did offer to arrange a different hotel in Manali, we couldn't trust their choice after our earlier experience with poor-quality accommodations. We also didn’t want to keep moving around with our luggage, as we were looking forward to a peaceful vacation. Unfortunately, this situation caused unnecessary disturbance and stress during our trip. Based on my experience, I strongly advise travelers to explore other options. Instead of booking a complete package, I suggest arranging only the car and driver through a reputed service. Prepare your own itinerary by doing a bit of research, there are plenty of websites and travel blogs that can help you plan a more personalized and fulfilling trip. Book your hotels separately after checking reviews carefully to ensure better quality and hygiene. This approach will likely save you money, avoid unnecessary frustration, and give you a far more enjoyable travel experience.

  My visit to Chandigarh was unbelievably enjoyable, far more so than I ever anticipated; if your travels take you there, spend an extra day or two and be certain to visit both the Rose Garden and the Rock Garden, both are exceptional! Chandigarh has the closest commercial airport to Kalka, the southern terminus for the Kalka-Simla Rail Line, which was another fantastic journey too!

  Hotel and car were very good. We stayed comfortably and enjoyed the food. But the tour agent was not customer friendly and Co ordination with customer was missing. Guidance to customer was poor. Car driver was reluctant to guide or help during the trip. No support from tour organiser colours India Shimla

  Tour was smooth end-to-end! Mr Suresh Kumar, who was our contact point kept in constant communication throughout our trip and we were very well taken care of. The hotels booked were very comfortable, safe, and most importantly clean (special shout out to White Stone Resort @ Manali). Our driver Mr Jagdev was very accommodating, and took us to best places in town for food. Thanks to Mr Jagdev, we got to eat delicious local food without experiencing the infamous Delhi Belly. A heads up that you will be travelling in the car for quite a bit, so prepare for some long car rides. Price is dependent on how customised your agenda is from this general agenda, however Bagga India remains very flexible and will cater to your customised requests to the best they can.   The snow trip to Sissu was excellent with breath taking views went on some adventures rides and had a great feeling. the driver was polite and friendly the car was always clean. Had a wonderful time.
