• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Canopy River / Canopy Los Veranos – An unforgettable experience!**

  We visited with my daughter and had an absolutely extraordinary experience from beginning to end. Transportation from Nuevo Vallarta was excellent — a comfortable Sprinter-style van (looked practically new), with A/C, good music, and great service from **Edgar**, who made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the experience. From the moment we arrived, our guide **Alexis** was enthusiastic, kind, funny, and incredibly welcoming. He created such a relaxed and fun atmosphere that made us feel confident and excited from the start. The first couple of zip lines are easier and work perfectly as a warm-up to build confidence before the longer ones. The hike up can be a moderate level (around 2–3/5 difficulty depending on humidity and heat), so I recommend bringing insect repellent, sunscreen, staying hydrated, and arriving after a good breakfast. There are water stations available, although at some points there were no cups or water available. The views are simply breathtaking — lush green nature everywhere. I challenged myself to try all the guide’s suggestions: upside down, hands-free, torpedo style… and more… but I’ll let you discover that for yourselves 😄 My recommendation: book the earliest time slot to avoid some of the midday heat. The restaurant food was good (prices are a little high), although the service we received there was only average due to one server’s attitude — but honestly, it’s still 100% worth visiting and hopefully you’ll have a better experience there. Also — **don’t skip the animal interaction experience!** It’s a must. For a donation, you can interact with monkeys, a python, and other animals. It was beautiful and memorable. Bring cash for tips because the entire team works incredibly hard. Special thanks to **Edgar** and **Alexis** for making this experience phenomenal — attentive, fun, caring, and professional. Everything from booking confirmation to the adventure itself was excellent. If you’re visiting Puerto Vallarta and love nature, hiking, and unique experiences, this is perfect for families, kids, couples, or friends. **P.S. Don’t leave without the photos and videos — it’s a MUST!** The team does an incredible job and lets you fully enjoy the experience without worrying about capturing every moment. Totally worth it.   It was super fun, but since we were several at the time of the zip lines it was filled with children because those who helped you ***** had arrived late for the lot of children, the workers super good if you had a doubt answered it, good customer advance, super everything

  We went on the A Taste of Vallarta: Art, Culture & Adventure in a Day tour with Los Veranos, and our guide, Jorge Menchaca, was absolutely outstanding! He was incredibly knowledgeable, made the experience fun and engaging, and we always felt safe—especially important as we were traveling with our three children. He was thoughtful, attentive, and shared so much interesting history with us. He struck the perfect balance between cultural experiences and popular tourist stops, which we thoroughly enjoyed. • Great time at Los Veranos Zip-lines!

  My wife and I had a really fun time doing the 19 zip-lines and all of the other activities! Pepe and the other zip-line crew members did a great job with the safety instructions and making certain that everyone was properly trained and prepared. They made it fun for everyone. The food we purchased was also really good with nice portions, and the tequila tasting was a nice addition for the adults. I had very nice memories of doing this excursion almost twenty years ago so I wanted to do it again on my return trip to the area. I would recommend it highly. 😃
